“I stopped here, at OnPoint Pharmacy, during my recent travel, after a quick trip to the Urgent Care. This place is a gem! The staff was warm and enthusiastic, making me feel at home.
The Pharmacist was friendly, and spent extra time finding me the lowest copay without my asking. They had all the meds I needed filled, on hand and in stock, which was so convenient.

“What is going on at this location of Terry Road and 347 in Smithtown? How in the world can the pharmacy be closed on Saturday AND Sunday?? Recent change in pharmacy hours also has them closed at 6 p.m. weekdays!”
“Can i just say how much I appreciate this young lady in the pharmacy. She is fairly new still maybe a month and when i say that everytime I come inside she is just moving non stop and takes care of the customers so fast. I have witnessed her do drive thru cashier and medicine all at one time and phones and she is incrediable. Her name is sarah and i just love her personality, her charm, her willingness to help others, her big beautiful smile and of course her gorgeous purple hair? everytime I come in there i always tell her how gorgeous she is and how hard she works.. that pharmacy is lucky to have her and i hope she stays and continues to be an asset that she is.. “Linda is wonderful and so patient. Yes they are busy but I have never heard her be disrespectful or mean to anyone. I have read other's reviews and find that confusing. I am a pain in the ass and the staff is always so patient. Linda is professional, and kind. We, as customers, have to be a little more patient with people. Since I have been going there the staff has been nothing but incredible.
Allow for more time and understand we all feel like crap. Thank you to the entire CVS staff, pharmacy and front of store.”

“While this CVS is quite pleasant, and spacious. My issues w/CVS at a large is there automated answering machines. It takes about 5-10 minutes for me just to get through to someone live. Oh Wait! No! They changed their automated messages again to where you have to LEAVE A message and they'll contact you back in a hour. Forget if you had to speak to them right away! There is no way ! (They do get back to you fairly quickly, but if it was super busy or something.... yeah you won't be able to speak to them unless you drive yourself down there and go in person. I absolutely hate the automated answering system.”
