NY pinball is the real deal. Ron is super knowledgeable and has a great showroom. He gave us ample time to test out different games and answered all our questions. His prices are very competitive and delivery and setup were top notch.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Highly recommended.When I lived in the city, I loved going to my local dive bar and playing the pinball machines there. I always knew I wanted to own one, but when I finally had to space for one, I didn't really know where to start. I'm very lucky I found Ron and New York Pinball.Every step of the process was fantastic. He first invited me over to play all the machines. I played the two I was interested in and even tried a few I knew I wouldn't buy. He told me to come as often as I'd like. I even came over once with my wife and two year old son, to show them what I was thinking of getting. (Ron even hooked up my son with a NY Pinball T Shirt!)Once I was ready to go, I texted him. Payment was easy, delivery was insanely fast- I put the deposit down Friday and the machine was in my house Monday morning. Down a flight of stairs too!He gave me a full rundown of how the machine works- great for a first time owner like me.In short, I recommend anyone looking for a new machine to buy from NY Pinball- but that goes double if you're new to ownership like me. Trust me.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCEAbsolute pleasure to do business with! Gave Ron a call and showed up about 20 minutes later, he graciously welcomed my friend and I into his showroom, many machines to chose from, Ron answered all of our annoying novice questions and thoroughly went through explaining all the details of this particular machine. Personally couldnt be happier with my purchase of this Stern Harley Davidson 2nd edition pinball machine. Machine was completely gone through by Ron including new playfield as well as led light upgrades ?✨️Ron wrapped and helped load up the machine into our van and explained the setup process, he even gave us an extra blanket to lay down below cabinet to protect this near perfect machine, Game is an absolute blast. The rumble from the cabinet feels like a real motorcycle. My family will enjoy this machine for years to come. Definitely will return and do business again!

Such a great company. Excellent experience from start to finish. Ron is a super great guy and extremely knowledgeable. His pricing is extremely fair especially in this crazy, over-inflated market. The delivery of the machine was probably one of the toughest ones he had to do but he was very patient and handled it perfectly. I highly recommend NY Pinball. Thanks Ron!!!!!!

I cannot say enough great things about NY Pinball. I just purchased my Batman 66 pinball machine from Ron at NY Pinball. He personally delivered the machine himself with such care and attention — so professional. Ron also repaired my Beatles Pinball machine that was damaged from an outside shipping company. He ordered all the replacement parts and came to my home to install them. When I visited his showroom, I saw him restoring a pinball machine, and you could see how meticulous he is with the restoration. Ron is a pleasure to deal with and an expert in the world of pinball. I am so thankful to live local to NY Pinball and can’t wait to purchase my next machine from him. If you want a pinball machine, NY pinball is the place for you!

I just can't say enough great things about my experience with NY Pinball. I've been waiting over forty years to find a Paragon machine and as I approach my 70th birthday, I finally have a great one to help pass the time in my retirement years. The restoration job was superb and it was obvious throughout the process that Ron is a true craftsman who takes immense pride in his work.I highly recommend NY Pinball to anybody looking for a high-end pinball restoration.

I have just had the pleasure of speaking with Ron again after many years,the owner of New York Pinball. I purchased my Pinball machine, Tale of the Arabian Nights over 10 years ago from him and my family and I have enjoyed hours and hours of great times playing together. The machine has performed flawlessly for 10 years ( requires a minor service now, battery change) not to mention the game has doubled in value since I bought it. Thank you for the great recommendation. The quality of his refurbished games are of the highest standard and his costumer service is first class. I cant say enough good things about Ron and his company. If your in the market for a Pinball machine or electronic game this is the only place to go. Thank you Ron ( so good to speak with you again)

I bought a variety of games from Ron, Terminator 2, Twilight Zone, Tales of the Arabian Nights, Attack from Mars, Black Knight 2000, Simpson’s Pinball Party, Iron Man and probably a few I can’t remember. When I began collecting, I also bought some machines from other people too but they never quite compared in quality. Ron’s machines are the ones friends always gravitate towards and they are the most reliable machines in my line-up.

I always wanted to fulfill my childhood wish of owning a real pinball machine. I search many internet sights and came across Ron's web page. I called Ron and he was very professional and gave no unwanted purchase pressure. I met at Ron's place of Business and was sold after playing several pinball machines. The same day he had a brand new machine in my home assembled and operating. He literally stayed to explain everything(its operation and maintenance) and answered all of my questions. Thanks Ron !!!

I've always wanted an Addams Family pinball game for my basement and I called Ron after a few google searches and asked him if he had one for sale. He said he had an old machine that he could custom restore but it would take some time. I told him to take as much as he needed and several months later this is the result. Game looks brand new, plays like a dream! It's like I've been transported back in time 30 years. Can't thank Ron enough - if you want a high-end restoration of a classic machine there's no better place you can go than NY Pinball.
