I first scheduled an appointment thru ig with Michael a week in advance, for 4/26 5pm when I reach out out to him the day before my appointment 4/25 he never responded,when I called the shop and spoke with Brittany she confirmed she was not able to get a hold of Michael, so I rescheduled with someone else in the shop (p.s. Michael showed up to the salon at 6pm for an appointment still never acknowledged my msg) they don't care about your time highly unprofessional and I was charged $100 for a full set and REGULAR pedi the guy that did my pedi gave me a calis removal when it was not necessary and I was charged when, for one he nvr asked me if I wanted one, either way If you read this I'f your don't listen to me listen to the other 50 reviews complaining of the same thing. I've been here several times, hoping each time the next time would be better, it never happened. Very disinterested in what you actually want. The price I was told for a pedicure suddenly changed (increased by $5.00) when it was time to pay, included was a 20 min foot massage (was 12 mins) sloppy job both hands and feet. Although the woman who worked on me was pleasant, she definitely was not interested in what I actually asked for. Michael had at least 4 different customers there who were complaining he has not shown up for standing appointments in weeks, and he didn't seem at all bothered that they were upset and offered them no explanation. Definitely won't be back.Services: Hand & foot massages

Do not go to this salon they are very unprofessional and your time means nothing to them. I’ve been going here 5 months and out of those five months three times Mike never showed for our appointment and was never notified. And the other people working there don’t know what’s going on and they leave you sitting there until you speak up or leave which I left. So unprofessional and disrespectful of my time with no apology.Service: Acrylic nails

I would only go there ever since moving back up until I saw the treatment to the clients. Disrespect and not cleaning the filters between people during pedicures. I walked out with feet wet from cold water after being left there during my appointment. Saddened by this!!

Moved out to LI from Brooklyn and looking for a good nail spot out here has been HARD! But SWAT is the place to be! Periodt! They scheduled an appointment for me (same day) and the nail tech was polite, down to earth and he FINESSED the design I wanted and it was reasonably priced. I've tried other spots on the island ranging from Deer Park, CI, Ronkonkoma, Bayport etc but SWAT is my final destination. The search is over...thank goodness!
