I am now a regular here and love when I come. Everyone is super nice. I get tips in a neutral color all the time as I like to polish my own. Using my dry polish. But they are amazing at putting my tips on and adding a nice gel nude pinkish color polish all the time. NO questions no fuss. Fast. I never have long even if I stop in without an appt. Definitely recommend.

I first scheduled an appointment thru ig with Michael a week in advance, for 4/26 5pm when I reach out out to him the day before my appointment 4/25 he never responded,when I called the shop and spoke with Brittany she confirmed she was not able to get a hold of Michael, so I rescheduled with someone else in the shop (p.s. Michael showed up to the salon at 6pm for an appointment still never acknowledged my msg) they don't care about your time highly unprofessional and I was charged $100 for a full set and REGULAR pedi the guy that did my pedi gave me a calis removal when it was not necessary and I was charged when, for one he nvr asked me if I wanted one, either way If you read this I'f your don't listen to me listen to the other 50 reviews complaining of the same thing. I've been here several times, hoping each time the next time would be better, it never happened. Very disinterested in what you actually want. The price I was told for a pedicure suddenly changed (increased by $5.00) when it was time to pay, included was a 20 min foot massage (was 12 mins) sloppy job both hands and feet. Although the woman who worked on me was pleasant, she definitely was not interested in what I actually asked for. Michael had at least 4 different customers there who were complaining he has not shown up for standing appointments in weeks, and he didn't seem at all bothered that they were upset and offered them no explanation. Definitely won't be back.Services: Hand & foot massages

Do not go to this salon they are very unprofessional and your time means nothing to them. I’ve been going here 5 months and out of those five months three times Mike never showed for our appointment and was never notified. And the other people working there don’t know what’s going on and they leave you sitting there until you speak up or leave which I left. So unprofessional and disrespectful of my time with no apology.Service: Acrylic nails
