After popping my knee out of place, I was recommended here for a knee brace. I was very anxious about the whole process, but Mufson Medical Supply was there for me in a time of need and I could not be more thankful!! The whole staff, from the front desk to the person who helped me get the knee brace that fit me properly (I apologize, I’m very bad with names so I do not remember) was exceptional. I got my knee brace within a timely fashion and did not have to wait months, as some other places were telling me that’s how long it would take. Truly the best! Highly recommend!

Great service and they have everything. Mom came home from rehab and her lift chair didn't work.
I went in and rented one and it was delivered same day. About 2 hours later. They picked it up as requested when her own new one came.

Make sure you clear your schedule if you're coming down here. I bet that the people here are very nice however it took 30 minutes for somebody to even acknowledge that I was even there. It took another 20 minutes for them to make copies. Only to be told that they'd have to call be back with authorization or something. Keep in mind the only employee who was available was on the phone talking about the holidays and pets and what not.110% not recommended.

I called Mufson's to see if they had A knee brace and two hand braces, which they said they had. This was at 5:15 and they close at 5:30 and I was a good 20 mins away. They told me they would wait for me to get there. That was super nice of them to do!
