They have been great to work with and both times I have had a person from the company come out to show me how to set up and use the machine, the explanation has been super-clear. They email me reminders and send VM reminders to order supplies. I have purchased equipment directly from them and pricing has been fair and I know that I can reach someone there or they will phone me back. I highly recommend them for any medical equipment needs. Customer Service is also super.”

She contacted the doctors office and got all the paperwork sorted out before I was discharged from the hospital so that my wheelchair was ready when I needed it. Need to fax something or perhaps print pictures, they have that too! Also any questions you have, the employees have no problem answering.”

This is important, since Medicare requires re-orders be very close to the date when you run out of supplies.
