When I walked in John Goodman greeted me with a smile on his face. Very knowledgeable and kind. Not a pushy salesman at all. He showed me many beds and explained the benefits of each one. Such a nice man! I will highly recommend Mattress Firm because of John! ? Lilly Collins

I am a second time buyer at MF. I am sadly VERY disappointed with the LACK of knowledge from Sheena and John Goodman the store manager at Smithtown NY. Not only did they deceive met but they wasted my time. They do not fully know their product or their delivery process! Shameful how they deceived me!
