I love my new car. I went to King O’Rourke Buick GMC.Cadillac I dealt with Tommy Costa, the manager. I was referred to him from my father. What a Great experience. I love my new Buick Envista. Brought my vehicle in for the complimentary oil change they improperly replaced the oil filter which led to all the oil leaking into my driveway. Brought the truck back they acknowledged it was their fault fixed the filter didn’t replenish the oil broke my running boards on the left and used a zip tie as a bandaid and never told me. Two people fell out of my truck because of it. Went back they acknowledged that they did in fact break the running boards as well. Running boards were replaced and was told to have the driveway powerwashed and I’d be reimbursed…. I told them the Powerwashing company said it would take two rounds they said no problem. They paid me for round one then refused to reimburse me for round two. Ron guzzi in service feels my driveway isn’t in good enough condition for his liking and told me forget it he won’t pay me.They later fired anyone who was helpful and called me to harass me about the running boards they broke. Who authorized that? Why should they be out money? Implying that I should now pay them.Fast forward I spoke to a Mr. Froelich explained the situation he said don’t worry it’ll be taken care of just please don’t bash the dealership. Upon multiple emails to multiple people it was not taken care of. I will be getting another GMC I won’t be getting it from them horrible experience so many wasted hours worst experience with a car dealership ever. DONT DEAL WITH THEM. Not only did the Powerwashing not remove the oil it disintegrated my driveway. Guess I shall be visiting small claims.

My experience was with the service department. Not sales. My one and only experience was not great. I have my own mechanic, therefore, I openly use this dealership for recalls. I brought it on for two recalls, one of which was a roof rail airbag right above the shoulder of the seatbelt on both driver and passenger sides. I dropped it off for the recalls. I pick it up later that day after both recalls were done. It was getting late, dark, and I was in a rush to get somewhere, so when my seatbelt wouldn’t release, I thought it just might be twisted and I’ll check it later when I got home. When I got home, I discovered the dealership put a two inch gash in the headliner, about two inches from where they were working on the airbag recall. In addition, the seatbelts on both driver and passenger sides wouldn’t work at all and the ability to adjust the shoulder height of the seatbelt didn’t work. Therefore, I had to bring it back to the dealership. The second time I pick it up and was told the seat belts were fixed as well as the headliner, I got home and the passenger seatbelt still wouldn’t release or retract and the height adjust didn’t work. Turns out the panel was not on right and I fixed it myself because I really didn’t want to go back to the dealership to talk to them. The nail in the coffin was when I looked at the repaired headliner. I guess it’s my fault for assuming they would replace the whole headliner. They didn’t. They simply roughed up yet upholstery to blend in the cut/gash and apply some adhesive to keep it all together. So it now looks like a worn out spot where the cut/gash was. I’ve added a picture. I thought these two recalls would be a simple in and out with no issues. Boy was I wrong! I am now hesitant to go to any dealership for any recalls ever again.

John was great to deal with. We bought the most beautiful SUV (Buick Enclave) and he made our experience with purchasing our new vehicle easy. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to go see John at King O'Rourke. He goes above and beyond and is super knowledgeable.

John McCoy was a great salesman! He was honest, communicated well, and applied no pressure to make a decision. This dealership was the only one on Long Island that was willing to negotiate a deal on the car I purchased. Every other dealer said that they could not lower the price of the car even $1. This is the third vehicle that I purchased or leased from this dealership and I will return when I am ready for my next vehicle.

James Pitney did an outstanding job as our sales consultant. He was honest, personable and knowledgeable. We were looking for a specific color vehicle with an optional engine, not an easy task. I started looking at 2023 Envisions in early September. I wanted a white one with certain options. There were none available anywhere that met my specifications. My salesperson, John DeFlumeri, kept searching for what I wanted and kept me posted throughout his diligent search for a vehicle for me. He found one that met all of my specifications and worked to get that vehicle for me. He is an asset to your dealership. He is friendly, not ever pushy, very knowledgeable, always professional, listens to what his customer wants and works hard to do a good job. This is my second Envision from your dealership. They are wonderful vehicles. A good product sells itself. A good salesperson sells your business. John epitomizes a great sales person.I would also like to mention that your receptionists are always pleasant and helpful.

Worst Service Department This is my third lease, and I've always had my car serviced (oil change, inspection) locally because the dealer is not close to my home. I had some mechanical operational issues with the vehicle which needed to be serviced there, and I've never been so disappointed. The staff was rude. I did not get callbacks appropriately and the time for resolving issues was unacceptable. I don't think I will be leasing with them again because of it.

Excellent service our family has purchased (2) cars from King O’Rourke. We have been a customer for many years and the service has remained 5 Star. I recently had my car inspected and an oil changed; the Car service department is filled with very knowledgeable representatives, they explain eveything and that’s important to any customer. I highly recommend King O’Rourke the best car dealership on Long Island.

Great experience with Frankie and the team at this dealer. We’ve had a deposit on a lyriq for about 16 months with no straight answers as to when our order will be in. Since our lease is nearly up we needed to make some decisions. The dealer took their time going through the many details of the options available on the EV, worked with us and we left with a hold on a car that’s en route already. Minimum sacrifices made and (assuming we get the car in the next few weeks) we’ll be a returning customer.
