Was using my Epson R2000 all day today. John Stanley O.E. fixed/replaced the paper feed (never reliable) and cleaned and serviced it-- 5 years ago at least. Since they fixed it, this 10 year old printer runs like new... Before it was a frustrating headache. Now it's a pleasure. I rarely leave reviews, but I'm just so impressed and grateful.

Haven't had much experience with them but I do remember they are opportunists when it comes to certain things. After Hurricane Sandy they were selling batteries at absurdly high prices.

Quick easy repair/service of my wife's Photo printer. Much better than buying a whole new printer!

Don't know how he does it, but if you need it he will get it and probably for less ... shop locally indeed !!
