Bart, Tom and Primo are very thorough and attentive. They take the time to show you what is wrong or needs attention and then give you all options. I could not be happier with the work they did on my Classic. The engine is running like new and I got over 16mpg (16.36) on a recent long trip (1200 miles round trip). These guys go above and beyond expectations, let me start off by saying thank you to all of the guys that made this experience possible, for a $100 you get your oil and filter changed with synthetic oil, but it does not end there these guys will check your truck thoroughly and give you their honest opinion and feedback on the condition of your truck I wasn’t just told that my truck had some issues that I wasn’t aware of, I was shown the issues that presented themselves trust me guys even if you don’t live close by you should definitely take the drive out there it was well worth it, this shop definitely gained me as a customer no matter where I end up.

I just bought my range rover and what better way than to give it a full evaluation to make sure everything is on point. I have always said never give your car to any mechanic that if you think you are saving money let me tell you that you are doing the wrong thing, only trust people who know and know about the brand of your car since they are trained and are specialists in your vehicle. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Bart, what a gentleman and professional person. From my first communication with him by phone, everything was excellent. Today they changed the oil in my truck, they inspected each part of the electrical and mechanical system and everything went perfectly, only one thing came out and very minor that very soon these gentlemen are going to take care of it to be up to date. 100%. Today I found the perfect garage to take care of my truck. This place is incredible and super clean. I recommend it to all Land Rover or Range Rover owners, they will not be disappointed.Services: Electrical

Bart and his team did a great job on my vehicle! They were very professional but the most important thing for me was not feeling like I was being taken advantaged of. The team at Independent care about the customer and their vehicle. They understand how costly it is to maintain a Land Rover vehicle and they look out for the customer in that way. I am extremely pleased with the operation of my vehicle. I don't know where to even begin. Bart has won us over for life. We live in Merrick and will not think twice about driving to Smithtown to service our truck. The mechanics and Bart were HONEST, knowledgeable, diligent and just plain wonderful. Range Rovers can be complex and they know their stuff.
