Just started shopping here amd was enjoying. I purchased two sweaters and a few blouses for my daughter, along with a piece of costume jewelry. After a couple of weeks, the jewelry had turned, discolored. I just asked if I could exchange it. In fact, for something pricier, and was willing to pay the difference of course. I received a flat out no from the owner. Not so nice and very poor business. Will not return.

Had such a great experience at this boutique store during the last NY trip. Me & my gf were in Long Island and she was looking for some dresses. This store has such a great selection of clothing and super friendly staffs. My gf was very pleased and would definitely come back here whenever we get a chance.

I have been here a few times since they opened and always leave with something. They have a ton of jeans to choose from. Style ranges from dressy to very casual/comfy. Most styles are on the younger side but I still have found cute blouses , linen pants , maxi dresses ! The women are very helpful and friendly. They did a really good job on freshening up this spot and working with the space ! Very cute.

Love the boutique feel!! It's small and intimate but the clothes will blow you away! I'm in my late 60s and i can always find something!!!

This boutique opened May 2018 and it took me nearly a whole year to get inside to see what they had. It's super cute! I think it looks bigger from the outside (corner lot) but it's merchandised well and they utilize the space really well. You won't be in a Forever 21 situation, the store is not bursting at the seams. Everyone there is very nice and while I'm not the type of shopper to ask for help they are readily available to help if needed. They always have more sizes, don't be afraid to ask them. The clothing is well priced for a boutique, I was surprised and happy about that. Go check them out!

I wanted to thank Hip Chix. I went in for the first time yesterday urgently needing something snazzy for my husband's 50th birthday pparty. Kim was patient, gave me lots of things to try on and helped me find something. The store was beyond comfortable feeling for someone a little seof conscious of the bod in many clothes. My new jeans and shirt got lots of compliments.

I love this store. The owners are so nice. Every time I go, and I could stop by several times in a week, there is always something new. They do not order a lot so you know not everyone is going to be wearing the same item. They always have what is in style and fashionable. Great assortment of everything. There are no cool boutiques in the area so HIPCHIX definitely fills that need for Smithtown!!
