I’ve gotten two guide dogs from this organization. They’re kind, compassionate, and training is great! Staff are wonderful and the pups are life-changers.

Our family raised 6 seeing eye dogs. It was such a rewarding experience for the whole family. To see the puppy you held in your arms "graduate" and go on to lead a blind person around the world from subway stations to airplanes. We always mentioned that the directors, Mrs and Mr Beagle were so helpful with our first retriever puppy.

The people here are amazing. They work hand in hand with the owners who help take care of the dogs that will ultimately be breeders for future guide dogs.

JUSTICE FOR MILTON!!! That was my families service dog and for your “employee” to say it was just a dog deserves to get fired how dare you and this foundation treated us. This dog was MY family he meant the absolute world to my family and especially to me. NEVER GO HERE… They will leave ur dog in the car for 5 hours to die

Justice for Milton the black lab. His family deserves compensation due to the lack of judgment from the trainer that’s responsible. Hopefully he/she was fired and reported.

After they let Milton burn to death in a hot car, I can never trust this group again. What a shame.

They left a dog in a hot car resulting in his death. Don’t bring your animals here for their safety. Justice for Milton.

Beautiful campus. Security is tight so make sure you call the party you're going to see before you get there. You will be waiting outside if you don't.

I just read that a staff member left poor Milton in a hot car all day and he DIED. "Staff at the Guide Dog Foundation told Krupa the three-year-old black lab was left in the van from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Friday, July 22, when temperatures registered over 90 degrees, the report said." I WILL NO LONGER BE GIVING MONEY TO YOUR ORGANIZATION! As a Lab owner - i was sick to my stomach READING THIS STORY in NY POST -clearly your Organization has FLAWS and need to be fixed !!!!!

They left a customers dog in their van for 5 hours on a 90 degree day and the dog died :( now this poor women has no guide dog because of the neglect and irresponsible people working here, what a shame. I could only imagine what this poor dog was going through all alone in that hot van screaming and crying for help.

Shame on you for murdering that poor lab. He died painfully and you need to be held accountable. That dog was family and loved by someone and your negligence took him away.
