Unfortunately, this location was sub par on speed and quality of nail service as well as overall customer service. The facility was clean, but I waited 10 minutes at least before the technician started my nails. Then she was mostly on her phone while doing my nails, started and stopped on my nails, rushed my nails/overbooked herself, and called my nails complicated. She told me I should wear gloves when I lift weights because I had callouses. She also told me that I couldn't have my nails short as I requested. I will never return and suggest you do not either. Zero stars if I could.

Worse nail salon I have ever been to. Booked for 2 people and they had the person I was with sit there for an hour and half and than it was her turn. She ended up not getting her nails done. I got acrylic nails and she didn't even prep the nail it was horrible. She said gel is suppose to burn and my nails were on fire. This place only has a 4.7 review because she tells people to review her salon while there sitting there. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Perfect ten nails is near by and they are very professional and a great salon. I had to get my nails fixed there because they were that awful.

Ling is absolutely amazing !!!!!! She really takes her time making sure your nails come out the way you asked for and they do not chip or lift if you’re getting sns gel etc. Such a nice quiet comfy place to get ur nails done !!!!!

Was not very happy with how my mani/pedi turned out and it took over 2.5 hours which was slightly ridiculous. I was only in town for a wedding but I would not go back.

Ling & Wendy are great! Ling is very personable. I get UV gel fills every month. She shapes nails masterfully. I get spa pedicures from Wendy, who does a fantastic job! They provide great service. I leave feeling great about my nails everytime!

Such a wonderful salon! Ling is so sweet and very professional. They always do a great job on my gel tips. I’ve gotten a few fill-ins and have always been happy. The salon itself is nice and quiet and always clean. Such a relaxing experience. I definitely recommend it to anyone in need of a new nail salon!

Went here last minute to soak off my gel manicure and get a regular manicure. Ling did a great job and was so nice and friendly. She didn't try to convince me to get a gel or powder manicure, I told her I wanted to heal my natural nails and I appreciate that she did what I asked (previous salons always pressured me into getting another gel). It has only been a couple of days but no chips and my natural nails look great. Clean, simple salon with great prices and service. Will definitely go back ?

I love love love coming here!! Ling and Wendy are awesome. Wendy does mine and my husbands pedicures and Ling does my manicures. I moved to Smithtown two years ago and was searching for a Nail salon "home". A place where they put love into their job and not treat you like another set of nails. Earlier this year I finally found it HERE!! They always do a great job. Ling makes me feel like family everytime and I love that.
