“I had a great bed for a number of years, that sadly died a very horrible and unexpected death. I went into Mattress Firm on Middle Country Rd and meet Frank. I told him my tale of woe and that I needed a bed ASAP and it needed to be firm because I had just spent a couple hundred bucks on a mattress topper that I was going to continue to use. I was also right upfront in telling him I what my price range was and within the hour I had exactly what I was looking for in the price range I was looking in. Frank, was professional, experienced and knowledgeable in his products. He listened to what my needs were and showed me only what was in my price range, and I can tell you I could not be happier! I had a good night sleep that night and ever since! I really appreciate Frank and the people he works with, I would certainly go back again. Thanks Frank and thank you Mattress Firm!”
“You can only judge a company by what happens when things go wrong. Things went wrong for me. I ordered a mattress that was too high for my frame and bought the adjustable base (which just made it higher). In tv view mode I was less than 4 feet from my ceiling kind of mistake. Elisa at the store in Commack made everything right. She took our call AFTER HOURS on her cell that night! She arranged for the wrong mattress to be picked up and a new one delivered in about 48 hours. Both delivery crews were amazing and professional as well. I can not say enough good things about Elisa and company she represents. If you need a mattress make sure you ask for Elisa because if there is an issue she will get it fixed fast and the mattress I am now on, although much less comical, is AWESOME!”
“This is my fourth piece of Lazy Boy Furniture - second sofa and love seat - the first ones were purchased 17 years ago - I also have three Lazy Boy lounge chairs - and they were all purchased from Valerie in the Setauket Lazy Boy store. “Peter was so helpful!! We went in to try out a bunch of mattresses. Last time we purchased one was during covid so we didn’t get to try a whole bunch in person. Peter guided us to try a bunch of different mattresses in our price range and we landed on a Beautyrest. We almost went with the Tempur-Pedic pro but the Beautyrest was very comfortable as well and came with a moveable frame.”

The price was in my budget, and I opted to finance it over 24 months, and I have good credit so that process went smoothly. “In todays day and age it is very hard to find a store that backs there product the way David the owner and Dinette and Lighting Plaza have done four times for us in the years we have lived in Commack,NY. Our first kitchen set was from them and I was short two chairs from the set I bought for a moving in party. David and his Dad went upstate to get me the two chairs so I would have them in time. I remember saying wow what great and I have never for got what they did for me. That was 22 years ago. My second set I bought from them had chairs and after a few years needed to be redone and David advised us to restuff the chairs and recover them. They came back looking like brand new. Was very happy. Unfortunately just under 2 years the leather on the seats started to crack and I called David and he said to bring in the chair. After seeing the chair David honored redoing them and recommended restuffing them so they would come out right. Since we had a problem as always price wise he did right by us and backed his product and they came out beautiful. I believe most other stores would not of helped us after that time period and turned us away. I would highly recommend David and Dinette and Lighting to anyone. They stand for the word customer service. They also have beautiful furniture, fixtures and Tables. David is kind, honest and caring and there work is beautiful. You would not be disappointed at all. Just happy you used them. His prices are great too and he is always fair. Thanks David for everything.”

I had an amazing salesman or owner (not sure as to the title of the man) help me without being intrusive as I shopped around. When I had a question he was very polite and very respectful. I got a great vibe from him as well as the store. PS. I purchased everything and it came as stated on time. Everything was perfect. I realized they sell the same kitchen table I have. Sadly one leg broke off the kitchen table (remember this was NOT purchased from them. This is an older table i already had). I went to the Medford location and asked if there was a way to order one leg and I pay them. Same gentleman that helped me said no problem. He orders me 4 Brand new legs and refused to take anything for it. Free. I insisted on paying something. He refused and said it was his pleasure. Where can you find service and professionalism like this anymore? This will be the place I order any furniture from for now on. And I implore anyone else definitely to shop here.
