“I had a great bed for a number of years, that sadly died a very horrible and unexpected death. I went into Mattress Firm on Middle Country Rd and meet Frank. I told him my tale of woe and that I needed a bed ASAP and it needed to be firm because I had just spent a couple hundred bucks on a mattress topper that I was going to continue to use. I was also right upfront in telling him I what my price range was and within the hour I had exactly what I was looking for in the price range I was looking in. Frank, was professional, experienced and knowledgeable in his products. He listened to what my needs were and showed me only what was in my price range, and I can tell you I could not be happier! I had a good night sleep that night and ever since! I really appreciate Frank and the people he works with, I would certainly go back again. Thanks Frank and thank you Mattress Firm!”

“the deer head wall mount is very pretty but the antlers make it top heavy and I was afraid it would turn and slip off the nail, so my husband drilled another hole in it closer to the top to equal out the weight and it's not so top heavy now. Still have to be careful but it's as top heavy as before.”
“Peter was so helpful!! We went in to try out a bunch of mattresses. Last time we purchased one was during covid so we didn’t get to try a whole bunch in person. Peter guided us to try a bunch of different mattresses in our price range and we landed on a Beautyrest. We almost went with the Tempur-Pedic pro but the Beautyrest was very comfortable as well and came with a moveable frame.”

I appreciated that he wasn’t a pushy salesman. He was pleasant and professional which made the process of buying a new mattress a great experience. I have always wanted a high end top quality mattress and yesterday I purchased one! The price was in my budget, and I opted to finance it over 24 months, and I have good credit so that process went smoothly. And for a reasonable delivery charge the delivery guys will take away my old king size mattress and box spring!All it all it was a smooth transaction and my new hybrid mattress and metal platform will be delivered tmrw. “I came to Bobs with my brother to look for a couch. Al was extremely helpful, energetic and hilarious! He made our experience fun with no pressure. He was down to earth and very knowledgeable. When the time came to decide between two couches we even asked him to get involved in the decision by being our coin-tosser! “I purchased a bedroom set and living room couch as well as a recliner from the Medford location. I had an amazing salesman or owner (not sure as to the title of the man) help me without being intrusive as I shopped around. When I had a question he was very polite and very respectful. I got a great vibe from him as well as the store. PS. I purchased everything and it came as stated on time. Everything was perfect. I realized they sell the same kitchen table I have. Sadly one leg broke off the kitchen table (remember this was NOT purchased from them. This is an older table i already had). I went to the Medford location and asked if there was a way to order one leg and I pay them. Same gentleman that helped me said no problem. He orders me 4 Brand new legs and refused to take anything for it. Free. I insisted on paying something. He refused and said it was his pleasure. Where can you find service and professionalism like this anymore? This will be the place I order any furniture from for now on. And I implore anyone else definitely to shop here. “As a target fanatic I would by far this is one of the best targets on long island (besides Commack location). This target is always clean, it's one of the only targets that still offers pizza hut-- Always great parking, very convent location. I go out of my way to go to this target even though there are closer locations. I would recommend!”
