He personally delivered the machine himself with such care and attention — so professional. Ron also repaired my Beatles Pinball machine that was damaged from an outside shipping company. He ordered all the replacement parts and came to my home to install them. When I visited his showroom, I saw him restoring a pinball machine, and you could see how meticulous he is with the restoration. Ron is a pleasure to deal with and an expert in the world of pinball. I am so thankful to live local to NY Pinball and can’t wait to purchase my next machine from him. If you want a pinball machine, NY pinball is the place for you!”

“I often came here with the kiddos to get late night Slurpee's on the weekends. I was very disappointed to find out that they were out of my sons favorite cherry slushee. When I asked for help, worker was in the back restocking, not a big deal. LOL! He was listening to Nirvana, my favorite band, but nevertheless was a little disappointed. Out of no where, someone came in, and the worker came out of the backroom and defended my kids while I was taking a wizz. Was glad that kids nowadays have the balls our generation doesn't. Nice”
