More expensive than stop and shop, but the pharmacy is great. At Christmas time, the manager told me they were out of bags and wanted me to carry everything I was buying in tiny paper bags that weren't even big enough for a bottle of coffee creamer . When I explained that I was walking home and not driving, he told me to use extra bags. Completely arrogant and rude man. The evening and afternoon cashiers are very polite

Linda is wonderful and so patient. Yes they are busy but I have never heard her be disrespectful or mean to anyone. I have read other's reviews and find that confusing. I am a pain in the ass and the staff is always so patient. Linda is professional, and kind. We, as customers, have to be a little more patient with people. Since I have been going there the staff has been nothing but incredible.
Allow for more time and understand we all feel like crap. Thank you to the entire CVS staff, pharmacy and front of store.

I don’t know how many times I have called my doctors office and got my medication refilled- and they never have it. My doctors are just as lost as I am. They always give me a hard time to get my prescriptions either they don’t have it or they don’t tell me about the right one until last minute. They don’t even know what insurance cards look like, I showed two girls mine and she thought it was something completely different. Needs improvement on all ends. As someone who works in the medical field this is scary.

WHERE IS THE CORPORATE OVERSITE?Wow what a horrible pharmacy department. Totally disrespectful of people's time and lacking any sort of patience when someone has a question about their meds. I was told too look up my medication online because the pharmacist was too busy to speak with me. NOT THE FIRST TIME I'VE HAD ISSUES BY FAR. One time they refilled my Rx wrong, giving me 30 pills for a 90 pill order. One time I was online outside in my car. 2 other cars infront of me @ 125p... By the time I got to the window nobody was there, they closed for lunch!?!? While I was on line waiting!?!? People @ this location only care about themselves, only their time is worth anything. By far the most irritating place too go for my refills, unfortunately it's the easiest for me to get too. But I am considering another location... If another company took my insurance, I would never walk into another CVS in my life.

This isn’t the first time this is the 4th or 5th time I’ve gone to the pharmacy here and the kid Justin has inappropriately stared at my girlfriends private areas he’s a creep if you guys don’t do something to make this stop I’m going to hop over the counter next time and beat the brakes off him

Pharmacist is of no help. Called to ask a question about my prescription and was treated like an idiot and was asking a stupid question. Person I spoke to was rude and could not be bothered.

Joe is rude and unhelpful. Stands around and does not approach customers to offer assistance. Poor management. No wonder everytime I go in, there's different faces.

I been coming here for over 20 years and the pharmacy has went so down! Went in 7 people behind the counter doing everything but helping customers 2 time someone will be there to help you 20 min later someone ( how abojt the people telling me someone will be over comes over and helps out for a few min) comes up to help and another 20 minute findings the meds. They have no clue about customer service avoid this CVS

I am sorry to say the pharmacy department is extremely lacking in customer service. Not one customer- or their issue has any importance. I had an issue with a prescription and most important at 1:26 pm - was for the pharmacist to let me know they were closed. I have worked for many years in a customer driven business and if I know anything it’s that is NOT the way to treat a customer- especially in pharmacy.This location is an advertisement to support small local businesses- not large corporations like CVS

Beyond rude and horrible with communication. They make it painfully obvious they’re only there for a paycheck and could care less if the customer gets there meds or not. If you could pick any other pharmacy please go elsewhere!! (Rite aid is right up the block)
