Jim and his crew are amazing. There could be 15 people working out at once and yet they have a way of making you feel like your the only one there. The level of attention and concen is what makes this place one of a kind. And they push you because they want to see you get better. He has taught me what it is that I must do to make sure my back never causes me to wind up in the hospital again. Jim is a true healer and I am grateful to have found him.

The best physical therapy in Long Island. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, I went there walking with a cane and now I do not use the cane. They care for their patients.

I have rehabbed two complicated ankle surgeries at Costa. Jim and his team are knowledgeable, kind and treat you like family. I have had PT at 3 different places and Costa PT has been the best experience by far!

Costa physical therapy has helped me tremendously with my injuries. They have a very nice atmosphere there. Jim and all of his staff are extremely helpful and nice. I would highly recommend them!

I have known Jim as a physical therapist for over twenty years. He has helped me with two shoulder rehabs, two hip replacement rehabs, and a torn Achilles rehab. I am a coach and many of my athletes have used Costa physical therapy with great success. Thanks for keeping me playing competitive sports at 70 years old.

I just completed therapy to rehabilitate my knee after ACL reconstruction. I am a 45 year old recreational athlete and getting back to my active lifestyle was a top priority. I can't say enough good things about this facility and the people who work there. Jim and his staff treat everyone who walks in the door like family. You get personalized care that is never rushed. They aren't going to just throw you on a couple machines and then push you out the door. I am now less than a year post op and have fully returned to all of my favorite activities which include running, mountain climbing, ice climbing, weightlifting and martial arts. It was a long road, but without the expertise of Costa PT, I would not have made such an amazing comeback. Thanks guys!!!
