I had really bad experiences with the mortgage director Karen Yau. She is so unprofessional and really bad attitude with customer . I came here to do my loan because I trust citi bank, but I don't want a person treated customer that not professional. I try to talk with her but she said that's all and hang up my phone. I just want to ask her why she run my credit without my permission . And she just said it's really doesn't matter,It won't decrease my credit. Thats not right. Everybody be ware of her.

Staff is friendly. Facility follows covid practices. Lines are too long would be my only complaint.

We've been waiting for a quote from Karen Yau for a mortgage for almost a month now. What's the point of Citi Priority if you can't even get a reply for a mortgage? We'll be taking our money elsewhere.

Came into Citibank to do some banking on a Wednesday afternoon during lunch. I was shocked that there was practically NO WAIT for a live teller! The place was empty. It could be because they are so efficient or that they have few customers. Doesn't matter to me. I was in and out within a few minutes.

Don't ever try to get a loan from this bank, they will promise you that you can get the loan easily, but it will take half a year to process the loan and their underwriter and processor are not professional, they are going to waste your time, I said this because they waste my money and time with them.

I would give zero if I could. They have the worst front desk. Extremely impolite and slow. They have no regard to customers and don't bother explaining things.

It is a busy location. Most of the times there will be long line for teller service or the inquiry desk which always need to wait from 10 to 25 minutes. The good things is there are a lot of ATMs in the lobby.

Not the best Citibank...the service itself is alright but the whole bank needs newer system or at least fix the machines out the door because that's quite a problem. I've been going for 4-6 months each time the door needs Citibank's card to swipe to open up for safety purposes but it's always jammed like someone put something in the machines for both slots. I went yesterday night again and finally it's no longer jammed since they have changed it but even though you could now effortless swipe downwards the scanner isn't the best still so took me 3mins to get in. Really sucks since if you can't get in there no point of the bank
