Chase bank is filled with Criminals. They will Lock your account up because they don’t like the address on your license and supporting documents. Out of no where. After I receive letter saying if I don’t submit drivers lic ? And This would be in addition to the first time I submitted. They will restrict account, i call and sw compliance . I sw supvr Bill in compliance and supvr Richelle say letter is a mistake. 2wks later when money in account, they lock it up!! Stay away, Chase is a ticking time bomb. Any second, they will lock your account up just cause they don’t like your Addrss! That is on a NEW Enhanced drivers License!

I went to the bank today to get a paper notarized and yes I have multiple accounts there. There were no other customers in the bank and 4 employees at desks and 2 employees at the window all doing nothing. The guy sitting at a desk doing nothing tells me that the one notary in the whole bank is not available and then begin to tell me all the local places I could/ should go to in order to get this service. I said that I’d wait and that I have time. Suddenly the busy woman shows up and has a snippy attitude. You know, I get that people get busy and things come up but with all the people sitting around doing nothing, why don’t we give everyone this elusive and very strenuous training so they can all be useful. I can’t imagine too many people are actually walking into banks these days unless they have to. Don’t worry I’ll still be back because clearly it’s annoying to them, and that motivates me more. Good job Chase ?? Didn’t you lose 4 billion dollars of customers money a few years ago and cry for a bail out years earlier? Oh yea, you did. Try to up your game because you’re clearly on your way there again, there’s nothing wrong with making a little effort.

I went in with a large estate check and asked to sit down with someone. They refused to help me… I have been using this branch for years and since Danny left I haven’t had good service. They’re loss since I planned on investing money with them. Only gave 1 star because you can’t leave 0 stars but that’s how I would rate the service I get now.

Gone are the days of customer appreciation. I'm not familiar with the other branches because this one is local to my area. So this review is strictly based on my experience with several individuals working at this branch that answer the phone or the first to ask why you are visiting their branch. I normally don't bother anyone unless I have an issue. On several occasions when I tried to inquire about getting help they seemed too busy to care or show any desire to help. It felt like their goal was to get rid of the customer. Using the Chase's central phone number for help is even worse. You get connected overseas and the phone call is often impossible to hear or they disconnect you. Often times they are poorly trained and have no idea how to help. About the only thing they are able to do is create a "ticket" with back office.

The BEST branch I have ever experienced. I am a business owner and have dealt with a few different branches over the years and a few different banks. This branch has it all figured out. The vibe in the branch is awesome. Whenever I visit the branch everyone is always in a great mood and you can tell they have a great team dynamic. Danny is my business banker and is amazing to work with. In addition to Danny the rest of the team is awesome. I've worked with Steve, Ronnie, Eric, Scott and Claudia - the level of service is consistent throughout the entire team. Thank you guys for an amazing experience - no other bank I would trust my relationship with.
