This branch has a drive-through, which I find incredibly helpful. Christine is the teller whenever I use it. She’s absolutely wonderful. Christine is professional, friendly and helpful. She makes my drive-through experience pleasant every time I go.

Since when is a driver’s license (a NYS Enhanced ID for that matter), no longer considered an adequate form of identification? Supposedly, because no one at the branch knew me, I wasn’t allowed to use my driver’s license. That is ABSURD! I don’t use a debit card because of previous issues on my account.Also, please note I had additional identification in my wallet that I was willing to show as supplementary - still not good enough.

Terrible Bank. Horrible interest rates. Customer service does not exist. Even when you call the 800 number the customer service is terrible. I see no reason why anyone would do business with this Bank other than it's convenient because they have local branches. Worst customer service of any bank that I have ever dealt with. And when I talkin about a small amount of money involved here. I strongly suggest doing business with a different bank

Never had any issues- started with this bank approximately 5 years ago- after leaving the Bank I have used for 35 years that changed and had no regard to loyalty with a good standing customer.

Horrible!!! Went in to cash a $100 support check for food from a friend. After a month of no work due to covid19 they charged me $8 fee to cash check. I plead with them tobwave the fee and got no help or caring. Despicable management!!!!

While the bank is ok, the Smithtown branch on Terry Road and 347 should be avoided at all costs. They combine incompetence with lack of concern and poor management in a kind of cocktail of horrors. Today was the latest disaster-- once again, there on-again off-again ATMs were not dispensing money. All of them. I usually avoid this branch because this problem is common at this branch. Isn't that the #1 reason people go to banks?? I'd go old school and wait on line inside, like 1965, but my experience is they are slow....both in terms of helping the next customer in line as well as having intelligence to actually help. The managers must have been trained in "how to tell the customer they're wrong," based on their negative skill set. I'm guessing they deliberately put their least capable employees there. I wonder why that fact isn't added to their handwritten notes stuck to ATM screens which inform they are once again unprepared to handle simple customer needs. Save yourself and go to any other branch!

Don't bank here. Manager is rude. Will never go to this Chase again. Does not care for customers. Will tell others and my 30k followers on twitter to bank at a different bank.

Their customer service is impeccable. One of the only Chase locations on the north shore where the employees actually care about their customers. Rob and Keith are the best, they have that place running like a well oiled machine and treat you like family. If you're ever having an issue come to this branch. Guaranteed you'll leave feeling more secure and satisfied than any other bank.
