They overprice a car estimate causing car to be totaled by insurance company. Brought c ar to another body shop who brought it in for proper price of over $2000 less.

Bi-County Auto Body is great! Every interaction with the staff left me feeling happy as everyone, particularly Traci, were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. The shop gave me regular status updates on the repair progress of my vehicle and did a beautiful repair job in a timely manner. I would definitely go back for any of my autobody needs!

Honestly words can't describe my feelings, how much of a beautiful work u guys have done on my Tesla, I truly appreciate and admire the work that has been done on my Tesla, truly u guys have the magic hands and the magic touch. These guys are the real deal, I’ve owned teslas for 4 years now, and I’ll say from personal experience that working with Tesla for anything service related whatsoever (alignments, repairs, autobody) is a very tedious and time consuming experience. THANK GOODNESS FOR BI COUNTY !! FINALLY an alternative certified option to working with Tesla. THESE PEOPLE KNOW WHAT THEYRE TALKING ABOUT! They’re professional, accommodating, and are very straight forward. They took me in with no crazy wait time for an appointment, and got me up and running better than when I first bought my Tesla Model X. The car has never driven this nice in my time of ownership. Thomas is as skilled as a NASCAR pit stop mechanic, absolute legend, I drove 4+ hours to get to this shop and I would do it all over again. They had me in and out in a timely manner and I still can’t stop smiling about how well my car has been driving. The people at the front desk are kind, courteous, and very hard at work and I am very happy that I took the time to come here. If you’re looking for an alignment or bodywork for your Tesla, or probably any car, these guys are hands down the best in the business. I’m so thankful for these people. Will never waste my time at a Tesla stealership/service center again knowing BI COUNTY has my back! I don’t typically write reviews but I love this spot. These people here are wholesome, they care, and do such a good job.

Great service … Tesla recommended this place which I have gone 2 separate times. Amazing service , reasonable prices and turn around was great. Staff are so pleasant to talk too. Especially Traci Conforti !!!!!! Hands done great place.

Had my vehicle here twice. Can’t say I have been to an auto shop where everyone’s goal is to make sure you leave satisfied with the work that was done. If something isn’t right or you think may need a second look, they are more than happy to take that second look.
Traci kept me updated about everything throughout the entire process. Definitely recommend this shop. I am not a Long Island resident but the trip out here is definitely worth it.

If there is such a thing as a perfect experience, I had it with Bi-County. My Tesla Model S needed some repair and while Tesla didn't send all the parts in a timely manner, Bi County and especially Traci, kept me informed and took ownership every step of the way. The work was done perfectly. The car was immaculate when I picked it up. The write up of what they did was very detailed and even after I picked the car up, they followed up to make sure everything was functioning properly and that I was satisfied. I would highly recommend Bi-County for any type of bodywork. Ask for Traci, you won't be disappointed.

So I brought my 2002 Honda Civic LX coupe. Someone had backed out of their driveway and messed up my fender, front bumper and the way my headlight sat on the passenger side front end of my vehicle. When I brought my car here, these people were so genuine and helpful. I knew this was the shop to do my repairs. I walked in and spoke with Ellie and Raz in the front. They made me feel like I was family walking in here. The owners of the repair shop, Mike and Traci, they gave my car a good thorough look and explained to me in details what my best options were when it came to fixing up my car. I dropped it off next day and in about a week or so they had my car ready and I will say, the car looked so much better than before it was ever hit. My car only has 89K original miles. It was owned by an old gentleman that put 2500 miles on a year of that and the insurance company was trying to give me only $800 more if I let them take it off my hands because they wrote it for a total loss when they sent their adjuster to look. It ended up not being a total loss though and when they told me when they were doing the adjustment there was possible damage to my suspension or axel, there wasn’t. My car is running amazing and I can’t thank these people enough. Thank you so much guys! Check out some before and after pics.

This is now the 2nd time I’ve had the luck of being helped by Tracy at Bi-County Auto in Smithtown, NY .
When most would disregard any emotional side to a car, She respects and understands the very personal sentimental value that my 18 year old car has to me in connection to my beloved sweet uncle who passed in 2019.
She always does everything she can to rectify the respective auto problem while still caring for my need to keep my car in its original form/original parts, as much as possible .
Tracy is an exceptional worker and upstanding person, in general !
It’s amazing how one singular person can make all the difference for good or for bad.
How one singular worker holds such power to literally make or break the way clients and customers feel about a business and the decision to come back or not come back to it the next time services are needed.
That’s why it’s imperative that I impress upon future prospective customers as well as Tracy’s fellow staff and employer that she will be the reason customers choose to keep coming back to Bi-county auto in Smithtown time and time again. …she is for me; she’s my reason .
