RAV4 v Camry, everyone was okay but our vehicles were not. I wanted the dealership to do my bodywork but they do not provide that service so they recommended Belair to me. That is where I met Kyle and Tommy. Immediately, they reviewed my estimate, took a look at my car and told me how long the entire process would take. Whenever I called for an update, they never missed a step, there was no, “I’m not sure, let me check” or “let me get back to you.” I felt like I was the only customer. I picked up my car this morning and it looks like the day I drove it off of the lot. I hope to not need body work again but I am a customer for life and won’t go anywhere else as long as Belair is in business. I cannot recommend these guys enough! The work was top tier, but the customer service took the prize. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Belair Auto Collision after a minor fender bender. Kyle and Tommy were great and so easy to work with. My car was ready in a timely fashion, the body work looked great, and it was so clean! Highly recommend these guys!

Belair Auto Collision is one of the best in the town. My wife got a accident on the slippery driveway when there were heavy snow last month. Kyle and Tommy helped me a lot claiming my insurance and arranging the rental car. It was breeze experience. They did a beautiful job plus my car was spotless. Highly recommend!!

Kyle and Tommy are by far the best out there. They did everything right down to scheduling my rental and making sure it fit my needs. I just picked up my CRV after it was repaired and am so glad that I chose Belair to do the work! Tommy and Kyle Handled everything fro me through my Allstate Broker Jeff Troiano. All I had to do was bring the car in, they arranged for a rental car, drove me to pick it up, communicated professionally on the progress and repair throughout the entire process. I picked up my vehicle today and it looks brand new, not only did they do the repair, they also detailed the entire car. If you in need of a great collision shop and appreciate being treated with professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire process then Belair Auto Collision is the place to choose. I would highly recommend Belair auto collision I got my truck back quick and it looked amazing such fantastic work. I had a unique color truck and they were able to match the color exactly, and the customer service was amazing, super friendly and helpful. They kept me updated on everything when needed. Belair auto has been my go to place for the last few years, they even took great care of my mother a few months ago when she got rear ended. Their service, transparency, and communication is the best on Long Island. I highly highly recommend anyone who needs body work to come here. They have and always will be the only the place I will call when I need work done.
