In response to the earlier review of Debbie hart ! I have had no such experience like Lisa. Debbie has been wonderful from the beginning, extremely helpful and pleasant to work with . I highly recommend these apartments. They are very well managed .

Debbie Hart is the worst property manager ever. I moved in when Kayla Cerutti was manager and she was fantastic. Debbie treats the people who rent that are her customers like they are beneath her.She has no communication skills, wastes paper with memos left and right. The apartment itself was ok nice community of peopleThe property manager creates a hostile environmentThey need to clean house

If you ever live here expect them to enter your apartment with notice or cause.

I currently live at Meadowbrook Apartments for about a year now, the apartments are okay, nothing special for $1350/month and the only thing included is heat, NOT water. The hallways and basement look like a college dorm. Walls are filthy, have holes, and carpets are very stained. If I could upload pics I would. Unfortunately I was promised this would be addressed after my neighbors were evicted months ago and nothing has been done. Kayla, the assistant manager is great, but unfortunately she does not determine what gets done. I have actually cleaned the sink in the basement myself because it was just absolutely disgusting. Also not sure why if you renew your lease, rent will be raised 3.5%-6.5% when no renovations are being done and they are not even maintaining the common areas in the hallways. Would I recommend Meadowbrook? Probably not, for the price it is to live here.

I have lived at Meadowbrook apartments for a little over 2 years now. For the price you pay a month, this is a no-frills apartment complex that shows its age with cracks in walls & with little amenities. When they say laundry room in each building, its one machine in the basement shared by everyone in the building and it is never cleaned, I choose to go to a local laundry mat rather then use them. The halls and basement areas look like they belong in a low end collage dorm (lights always out, walls marked up, carpet stained). The "security entry system" does not work. The main door into the building doesn't lock, all you need to do is pull the door open, so anyone can enter the building at any time of day or night. It took me 3 months of complaining to get my heat/AC fixed. The only positive thing I can say about the place is there dog policy and Kayla (who is always very nice). Would I recommend this place to live, for the price you pay, no. There are far better places for the amount of money.

I've lived here for 5 years. It was ideal until ownership changed about a year ago. Current staff is great, however pets are now allowed, which when you don't have any is unfortunate and yes, you do hear them and there is dog poo outside. However, that being said, the staff is great, attentive, responsive and have addressed any issues I've had quickly. They advertise 'free heat and hot water' - you will pay for water monthly , trash removal monthly and a monthly admin billing fee, though heat is actually included. Parking is available, but definitely tight.
