Dr Bahn did surgery on my mother 10 years ago. My mother walked into Saint Peter's on her own 2 feet and came out wheelchair bound for the rest of her life. I wouldn't recommend this quack to perform surgery on a chipmunk.

I had surgery on my cervical spine in 2012. Dr. Bahn performed the surgery and upon closing it up she pulled the stitches too tight (where she went in) and my neck is completely deformed! It bothered me ever since but has just become worse over the years. I am so self conscious of my appearance now. I do not recommend Dr. Bahn. I am looking into who is liable to have this corrected.

Dr. Bahn almost paralyzed my mother, now my mother in law has to get surgery again and have it fixed all over again.

I am looking for all patients who had surgery at Capital Region Neurosurgery to have their medical files reviewed by the Office of Professional Medical Conduct, the DA, attorneys, and other doctors. Many patients have experienced 'bad outcomes' from an unprecedented amount of back to back surgeries. Patients also failed to receive proper medical care, follow up care, testing and diagnosis in an effort to funnel unsuspecting patients into extremely profitable long term pain management care. Your surgeries need to be evaluated. Every step of your care needs to be evaluated to see if you were denied care that would have entailed your right to recovery. There are patients who were deliberately denied a right to recovery to hide medical deviance at a cost that no human should ever be intentionally subjected to. Every investigation by the OPMC has left a trail of medical staff suddenly not working at the practice and now not a single medical doctor is practicing in NYS yet no charges have been filed against any of the doctors in the practice because the DA will not do anything until more patients come forward. You need to be brave enough to step forward. It's not enough that the practice is now closed. You were harmed. By closing in NYS they are free to harm to unsuspecting patients in other states. The truth of what Capital Region was intentionally doing to patients needs to be brought to light. Pain Management is huge business being manipulated by surgeons who have incentive to practice butchery on unsuspecting patients then blame it on 'bad outcome' so that they can do much more experimentation in the pain management division which is lifetime dollars. Sit on that thought for a minute. Your life has a dollar value to a medical practice and recovery is NOT profitable. A $22 million dollar practice just doesn't shut down and leave the state. This is all about a growing medical practice financial greed and the ability to legally harm patients who would be too doped up after to be good witnesses. I can be found on all social media. The DA is only a letter away. Write. Don't call. Write the OPMC. Find me. I am looking for YOU.
