“The Works did an outstanding job of applying PPF, ceramic coating and interior protection on my new 2023 Corvette Z06. Kory and his staff exceeded my expectations. They are truly masters of their craft and apply attention to detail to every part of the installation. They even proactively modified a portion of film from the xpel pattern to avoid a seam that would have occurred in the middle of the engine hatch. I had PPF installed on two cars by other shops. While I was pleased with their work The Works is clearly a “cut above” on finished product quality and customer support. I highly recommend them for all car detailing and follow up services.”

“I’ve been searching for a car for ages and when I finally found one that fit me it was a breeze after that. I live over an hour away from the dealership and I was able to get almost everything done over the phone or online and when I went to see the vehicle as soon as I said my name my service rep James took care of me. The car was in a good condition, clean, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get all the service reports, carfax, and warranty information printed immediately and I could physically look over it all. And since buying the car I’ve gotten periodic texts from Shelby just to make sure everything with the vehicle is good and I’m happy with the purchase. Beautiful inside the dealership with classic cars and the staff are kind and courteous. Would recommend to anyone looking for a car.”
“I had probably one of the weirdest buying experiences of my life here that ended yesterday with a new car. I am a habitual car buyer and seller and normally keep cars a year or so but have never experienced this level of integery from a dealership before in my life.
To cut a very very long story short there was significant miscommunication on the dealership side about rates and terms. There were mistakes made, that were agreed to and confirmed with me several times. While that sounds conflicting with parts of my opening statement and 5 star rating, NE Acura more than earned the praise and rating.
Upon realizing their mistake they make it right for me. There was no lying, deceit, or manipulation just an honest apology from those involved about their mistake and them jumping through significant hoops to resolve the problems in a way my wife and I would be happy with.
I can not express enough how much integrity this staff has. It would have been significantly easier for them to say “we made an error but that is what it is. Buy it or not”. The fact they stood by what they promised as best as they could (they can’t control rates) and made it work, at their loss, speaks volumes to the whole team. I honestly have never felt like a person to a dealership more in my life, rather than a profit. I honestly don’t think I’ll be looking at cars anywhere else in the future.
David was my sales person. He was prompt polite, helpful and patient with my indecisiveness. I highly recommend reaching out to this dealership if you are in the market for an Acura. If you do, know that they will go above and beyond for you as a client and if there are stumbles in the process they will do whatever they can to make it right.”
“I bought my 2020 330 from Bul auto and just had new tires and brakes installed. TH eentire team are wonderful to work with.
Today i went tostart my car and there was a nmessage about the key having an issue. As I always do i called Darin and het told me to hld the key a ceratain place and the car started rifght up. He suggested i stop up the keu fob needed a new battery. I did just that and with in 5 minutes i was on my way anoth wonerfully positive experiance with the team at Bul.

Which is more than I can say for other service teams who charge you without consent,confuse you and often obfuscate the truth. People under value updates. “I've always had excellent service at Lia Honda but my last experience was above and beyond due to the outstanding efforts of Dylan Logan, who went much more than an extra mile first patiently trying to find the source of an elusive leak under the floor of my 2017 HR-V and then working hard to ensure that my warranty covered as much of the expense as possible. In the end the leak got fixed and I saved a lot of $$ -who could ask for a better outcome from a potentially frustrating and time-consuming service issue? Without a doubt this is the best service I've ever enjoyed as a longtime vehicle owner and that's entirely to Dylan's credit.”

I brought my Jetta in for repairs that I couldn’t handle on my own, and Bob had everything done in under an hour for a price that was more than fair. He was also incredibly accommodating with my schedule. After searching Reddit for a reliable mechanic, I saw several people recommending Hackels, and now I understand why. I’ve tried other foreign car specialists in Albany, but I often felt overcharged for subpar work, or I couldn’t even get a call back. Being new to the area, I needed a trustworthy and skilled mechanic, and Bob definitely exceeded my expectations. If you need work done on your Audi, VW, or any other make or model, I cant recommend Hackels enough.”
“Okay ive been stuck in albany/ Schenectady for about 3weeks an mannn this was a process UNTIL I GOT TO THIS MAVIS. Mind you ive went to previous shops while being up here an nobody could take out this 1 lug nut. But when I got here it was professional the moment I got in. Chris was who I spoke to an he got me into the shop asap on top of that he got the lug nut out within 10 minutes. Emmy also was helpful because all the shops prior could not take out the lug nut so this shop seemed really confident an that helped alot. West cool dude he changed my tire with no problem an I can't be more then happy. Im not from albany im from queens ny so im far from home but anytime I mean anytime I come up here ill be coming to this mavis everytime for my car. Again thanks you guys”
