Black Woman “in charge” Jackie (Jacqueline) was 5 minutes late to open up, and as soon as she did she started getting loud with me for not saying good morning (She also didn’t). I told her I’m running late which she responded to by saying she doesn’t care what I am going on and on about how she’s in charge and she can do what she wants and I can’t complain about her to anyone. I grabbed my stuff and left

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, was nicely greeted by a singing person and she was extremely helpful, new day for a new year. Give people a chance.

Went there to Mail a letter, it was an invitation. The woman told me it would cost $4.70 because the card inside the envelope was considered cardboard. (Standard cardstock inside). I was floored. I have 100 invitations. I went to my local post office and they assured me it costs 87 cents. People in Sleepy Hollow are getting ripped off

There is only one employee serving people and with each one it takes almost half an hour... Every time I go I have the same thing, I don't know if she doesn't know or it's because the work tires her... they should have another person in case a lot comes people or in case that person is going to take so long with just one person

Neither good nor bad. It's very tiny so can get busy quick. But the staff here is really helpful and know their stuff. It's a post office, so you know, not much else you can ask for.

the customer service was absolutely disgusting. i didn't wear my mask (which i get is my fault) but in my defense i was just dropping a package off, didnt have to pay for it or anything. there was a lady in front of me not wearing a mask, which they politely corrected her but when i came to the front the lady was completely rude and told me "for the future i will not be accepting anything unless you have a mask" but didn't have that same energy for the other customer. they seem to be selective on who they reprimand for masks. they need to learn how to have some home training.

I walked into this facility and the woman behind the counter shouts, "15 minutes!" at me. No polite greeting and no context. I'm starting to wonder if in the USPS onboarding handbook there's a whole section on how to treat customers with as much disrespect as possible.

I've read all the bad reviews and I got skeptical although I went and spoke with the lady about it, she said I don't know about , I am new, she also said " I am here to change that"...well let's hope for the best.
