They were able to get my Honda Accord in immediately for a full brake job including calipers. They had my car done in a very reasonable amount of time & their prices were excellent. “Tom and Hillside Service workers are good folk for the community. When calling in for service for your vehicle just address your issue quickly cause they are busy daily.
A helpful is to call ahead to come to the shop to diagnose your issue then set up a time to bring your car in for him to look at. Tom was quick to diagnose the problem I had for years that the dealership wouldn’t figure out. Took him one full day to fix my main issue, but he discovered another issue related to the first & wouldn’t let me come pick my car up until the whole issue was resolved. Overall, Tom and others want to make sure you are taken care of, fairly price and I will go back if anymore issues.”

“I was visiting family nearby & blew a rear brake line on my 2012 Subaru Outback. I live upstate near Lake George, rear brake line was rusted & leaking brake fluid from our severe winters road salt. Dropped car off at 10 AM, Chris contacted me later & said it was a bigger project as several lines needed replacement. Car was ready next day about 10 AM for driving back north. I’m very happy with the quick service, quality of the repair & professionalism.

“A reliable trustworthy group! The Mechanics offer an ernest explanation of what needs to be done. They are happy to offer alternatives to different wheel/rim and tire issues. I have run flat tires that can be a nightmare to deal with as well as tricky availability. The shop is always able to get what the car needs quickly and install things in a timely manor.
The office has friendly and reliable communication while they have your car and keep you aware of the cars status. I have been there multiple times over the last 4 years of living in the area and I have always had a great experience.”

“Have to say that J&J Auto Performance is the best automotive shop in Rockland County. They always take care of their customers in an honest and professional manner. They stand by their service. For example, My son’s car had his starter replaced in July 2023, it failed again this July, had it towed to the shop . It was fixed straight away, no charge.
