Scratched the heck out of my car, not sure what happened with their towels or if it was the machine…I’ve been there before when I’m passing through town on occasion and never had issues until now. Polish got it out luckily but cost me another $25. Prob not going back again

I used this car wash often and for some time. No more!!!!I always used this place. No more! I went yesterday for a car wash and vacuum. This morning when I opened the back hatch, the car wasn't cleaned at all! The cargo area was still filthy. The hatch was never opened! Today I returned and they would not honor cleaning the car!! Don't go!!! Or if you do watch like a hawk and instruct how the job should be done. I've never left a bad review. Until now. I spent good money and a great tip too for, not just a lousy job, but a job that wasn't done.
