“I scraped and dented my car and needed it fixed. Ritchie at Cas explained the damage and what it would take yo fix it. Gave me what I consider a fair price. “Due to the chaos of a holiday weekend, they did not have the car we reserved but promptly put us in something else that worked out great. Jessie was helpful, cool, and had a great welcoming vibe throughout the whole process which was less than 10 minutes between arriving and driving off. “I have 4 old apartment buildings in Westchester County NY. After converting all to gas I needed to remove the oil tanks, but it took me 7 years to get it done. Barrier got rid of a tank in a basement in one location and in the last 2 days they removed 3 underground tanks that had been in the ground for 80 to 100 years. This was in one location on three adjacent houses. Two 550 gallon tanks were removed and one 1000 gallon tank was left in the ground and emptied. At that point they opened the bottom of the tank and soil samples were removed and tested. The inspector observed that there was no soil contamination. These are professional people who have been doing this for a long time. They handled the town inspection process, got the soil samples tested and took away the 2 tanks, filled in the holes and swept up the area. I recommend Barrier without reservation.”
“My son got a rental car from enterprise on Mamaroneck ave due to Mavis in Scarsdale damaging his car . He was highly upset by the time we got to enterprise but John was the nicest guy you can meet he took care of my son quickly and made the process an easy one . He was so nice and polite and it was such a pleasure to have an excellent customer service experience due to the fact of what happen prior to us getting to enterprise . “I went to three different rental car locations on a Saturday as I realllllly needed a rental. I called this Avis site ahead and the lady at the front pre booked me so when I came in it was a smooth process. They were very friendly and the car was super clean. Definitely will rent from this location in White Plains again.”
“I'm really like renting from budget and in most cases the cars are great and service fantastic. This time there were two issues, the inside windshield had some kind of greasy film which we didn't realize until it started to get dark. The other issue was no windshield washer fluid.”

“Ever since Hertz closed many locations, the Yonkers location has been clobbered with an overflow of people looking to pickup/drop off a rental. And with only, at most times, 1 rep that means long wait time. For 1 person to hold it all down, provide excellent service is a daunting and unrealistic task. However, they have been exemplary! It isn't the reps fault for not having more staff to help. They do the best they can with what they have. The public needs to demonstrate a bit of understanding and patience. Make your complaints to corporate, to the decision makers. Yes waiting longer than expected is a pain but under the circumstances, one needs to understand. Hertz! Get these guys help ASAP!!!”

“I can’t agree with the nightmare stories in the reviews. I can only speak for myself. I’ve rented about 3 cars this year at this location, and every time it’s been smooth and no issues what’s so ever. Sometimes you’ll get a car a little dirty but nothing to stress over. The two gentlemen who are usually there have always been helpful and I have no complain whats so ever. Price is good, and the rental helps me when in need of a car.”
