“Attn Ladies!!! I hit a pothole late at night coming off the Saw Mill Parkway and my truck wasn’t driving properly afterwards. I stopped by Bert’s Auto Repair and was attended to by a lovely woman whom I later learned is Burt’s wife. I can’t say enough about this husband wife duo who seem to have mastered EXCELLENT customer service and affordable pricing for repair work. Ball bearings ball joints struts brakes my car need it all!! Mr. Burt personally took me into the repair shop and explained each and every single detail of what was wrong with my 2018 Honda CRV. He stated he need to pull the tires off to get a thorough look and he did. Once that was completed he explained the repair process and what I needed to address immediately for safety purposes. I authorized him to start the repair and much to my astonishment he was actually done within 3 hours!! Amazing and my car drives just like is came off the show room floor three years ago. A full wheel alignment and new rear brakes brought my Annamae (trucks name lol) back to her vibrant fast self. Thank you Mr. Burt, Im now a loyal customer for life. Being new to the area it’s easy to find the supermarket dry cleaner etc but finding an #HONEST #TRUSTWORTHY #auto #mechanic right in your own neighborhood is like finding GOLD!! Thank you again to the entire team at Burt’s Auto Repair especially the technicians who worked on my truck you guys did an amazing job and it’s truly appreciated more than you will ever know!! Kudos????? to a local business that’s shines and provides five star service in my opinion.
