Let me tell you, when it comes to customer service, Lilly is top-notch. When my favorite pair of sunglasses broke (an extremely sentimental pair I bought here when I visited Skaneateles 3 years ago) Lilly hunted down an exact match and is sending it to me in Cleveland! The owner, Laura, was extremely helpful in the process. These ladies are wonderful, and Laura has such a great store. LOTS of really chic outfits at surprisingly good price points. I'll put it to you this way: the shop was memorable enough to still remember the whole experience -- and the name -- 3 years later :) Go here!

The cutest little boutique. Reasonably priced and unique pieces. The best part is you get items personally picked for the season and store at affordable prices. Everything is quality made, be prepared to get compliments on whatever you purchase! The staff is incredible, kind and eager to help you find the perfect fit and look.

Beautiful, well curated store at great price points! I wish I had more time to look around this visit but still got a great versatile dress and earrings for under $100. Clothing, accessories, shoes - they have it all! Highly recommend visiting, you won’t be disappointed.

This store is amazing!!! And you can tell the employees enjoy what they do!! The experience was enjoyable because it's always nice when people greet you with a smile and ask how you're doing!! The true definition of customer service. Laura and her team went above and beyond to replace a bag I bought a few months ago that happened to be showing some premature wear. When I picked up the replacement and realized one of the straps was missing I called and they mailed it to me so I would not have to make another trip. This is the type of service that brings people back. Let's not forget about these little local shops. So much to offer here and the friendly service to back it up!

Really excited about Lolë! My mother, sister, and I stopped in yesterday for the first time - and oh were we pleased!! First of all I have to say when employees are friendly and positive it truly makes all the difference. There was this older woman working and she was literally so sweet!!! She was really helpful, encouraged us to try stuff on and also when she had a question about something with the register she was completely honest with us and thanked us a bunch of times for being patient. This is the type of service you want! Just because of her we plan to come back!! BUT ALSO - can we talk about the clothing in here!? LOVE LOVE LOVE - I got the cutest pants that can be dressed up or down and then also got this really cute sporting little jacket that was 50% off! I couldn't be happier with my quality purchases! LOVE THIS PLACE!
