Rolands has very high quality sporty, casual chic clothing. I visited the store tonight to purchase an item. My experience with the young sales people was less than pleasant. They obviously did not want to be working , were non chalant and in one instance the young girl wasrude. The young people need to be trained to get off their duff and enthusiastically show merchandise. I should have walked out, but I wanted the item . After the purchase, the clincher was” no problem”. What happened to “ thank you for your business”? Everyone is looking for workers, I get it , but don’t ruin your reputation by hiring less than enthusiastic polite workers. Or .. take the time to train them!

This place has been in business for 60+ years, and their designs have improved a lot over the decades. They have a huge variety of prints, cuts, and styles of Skaneateles paraphernalia. I get something new every couple of years!

Been shopping at Roland's for 46 years. All of my work and recreational clothes are purchased there. Steve as was his Dad Mike, is very knowledgeable. If Roland's doesn't have it you don't need it.

Went in today to look for a pair of bogs, and left with the pair I was looking for! And they are priced cheaper than getting them from Bogs! Will be back for sure.

Was In today, they do have things that I can’t find anywhere at fair prices, THE owners WERE SO Nice, let me tell you what, that makes all the difference. I will be back next week for several items that I want for myself and some gifts! I love this place.
