Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a propane company. When I tried to ask for clarification on a conversation and ask questions about how the bill was working out I was told "I do not have time for this I have other things to do today" and was hung up on without any explanation or chance to ask any questions. When calling back I was told there was no one higher up then the two ladies who work in the office so no other management to talk to about concerns or conflicts. Would not recommend.

The woman who always takes my calls is so nice and makes me feel like I’m more than just a customer. Sometimes it’s hard to stay on top of calling when I need my propane filled but they check when they come out and fill up if I’m low and tbh that’s very helpful to me! I really appreciate the people working here.

Amazing customer service. After calling a few competitors I called TPS and Sam was exceptionally great to deal with. She was very friendly and fast set up account in minutes. I'm very happy I made the call to TPS !

If i can give zero stars i would, i called this place trying to be a new customer because i heard from family it was a good place, lady (Alexis) highly rude, We have no tanks! Okay no problem i ask is this for cat county too? I said no tanks with a even nastier response the reason for my second question is because when calling you have to pick a option and wanted to make sure i had the right one. Then i was going to ask her another question as she was trying to hang up on me, i said are you kidding me why you being so rude...then said can i have you name so i can speak to your supervisor and got smart with a attitude like it dont matter if you speak to my supervisor. Like really? this is who you have answering calls from customers and potential clients. Extermely poor service, hopefully they find some help that actually have decent people skills.

The lady taking orders on the phone is very rude! I told her they gave me a locked in price and she more or less called me a liar! Propane prices are ridiculous

I was very impressed by the customer service provided by TPS. They were pleasant , knowledgeable and consciousness. I would highly recommend choosing them as a supplier of your propane.

I own my own tank which is not very large "120 gallon" which a few places I called would not even deliver if I did not spend a certain amount guaranteed every year! One call and they have been delivering to me for almost 8 years now. Always show up exactly when they say they will. Driver does a great job backing up my difficult driveway and other than the receipt left on my door you would not know he was here. Also , they keep their prices very low.

I have had TPS and quite a few of my properties over the years. They have always been so nice and they go out of their way with their customer service. 10:10 would highly recommend I'd anyone is having issues with their current company.

Not dependable, as a business, very disappointing. I've been a loyal customer to TPS paid them in full with each delivery and continued as a customer. I smell a propane leak in my basement since end of February. I've called now twice and I've been told Mike is too busy delivering propane. Maybe we can get him out to the house next week, in the meantime I have to live worried if I turn on stove or light a candle. We are now 2 weeks out and I still have leak in my house. No one at TPS seems to care too much. They care when its time to get paid, but not when there's a leak in your house. So new customers beware. I'm going to take my business elsewhere. When I stated to women I'll take my business that cares, made no attempt to make it right. This is dangerous.

It's 14* outside today. I am an elderly woman, living alone, who awoke to no heat this morning and the house was cold. I called and had my furnace checked and there was nothing wrong with it. The regulators, which are part of TPS equipment, are not working. I have called them twice and apparently there is no one available to replace the regulators. I have waited several hours now and my home is getting colder. It seems an emergency like this is of little concern to this company....Don't let your elderly mother deal with such an unscrupulous company.

Called today and spoke with customer service in regards to a billing statement and a surprise charge to my account. The representative who claims she was the manager was extremely rude. I was in mid conversation when she decided to put me on hold cause she chose not to listen to what I was trying to explain. Instead of going over this surprise charge she said "I'll send you a statement so you can figure it out and call if you have any further questions. After being a customer for two years I'm extremely disappointed and will be looking for other options. I would not recommend going with this company.
