“There is a reply to the review from Steven Royce, I am the manager of the complex. His review stated "there is not a manager around" He has not reached out to me. My hours are clearly listed on my office door, and the phone number is very clearly on the sign out front along with here on Google. As far as the maintenance staff, our maintenance man shares hours between this complex and another, so no, there most likely was not maintenance to ask whichever particular day he is speaking of. Another mention of smoking outside the smoking area. As we all know "while the cat's away, the mice will play". Someone cannot be here 24/7 policing every tenant, yes this has been an issue, and yes we try our best to be sure people are courteous, most times it is the tenant's guests who do not follow the guidelines, unfortunately the tenants do not always remind the guests of the guidelines. We definitely try very hard to keep our complex clean, and have a nice looking complex. Anywhere you go there are going to be bad apples. To base the apartments on something one knows nothing about then posts without proper information is ignorant. Steven you are more than welcome to reach out to me if you require information. I have a voicemail, with a very simple way to have a call returned with whatever information you require. I also want to address the tenant stating things do not get fixed, sometimes this is the case. Sometimes we are unable to fix things in a unit if tenants are occupying the unit. For a bit we did not have full time maintenance man and did the best we could do while we were searching. Another thing I will point out is that no one is held with a gun where they live. Whether it is here or somewhere else, people are never entirely happy. I would appreciate if people did not leave nasty reviews when they have not even attempted to reach out, give an opportunity to leave a GOOD review.”
