I just love Denny, his family and staff and this place. Denny is an attentive and helpful butcher. His weekly special sausages are always fun to try. We drive in from Vermont. Absolutely worth it!! The store also has a great array of spices and spice packages. And quite a large selection of beers and ales.

Yushak's fresh, house made sausage is the best! We love standards like Italian hot and mild and kielbasa but Dennis also blends dozens of specialty sausages. Everything we have tried is delicious!! And service is always great! Go for the sausage but remember they are a full service meat dept and supermarket. Yushak's Market is worth the drive to Shushan! From Vermont we enjoy the drive on along the Battenkill River on 313. Fire up your grill!

Best meats anywhere around. I visit each year from Tennessee and take a ton of sausages and meats back with me. Go see Dennis and take one look at the meat counter. Promise you will jot be disappointed.

Great meat market! Their bacon, sausage and beef are great! Very friendly staff and never a wait. I will never again buy my hot Italian sausage from anyone else but Yushaks!!

The meats they have are not like the grocery store, Denny has things like bacon burger and many delicious sausages that will make your barbecue a memorable one.

Benjamin M. failed to mention this is a family-owned small business that has been around since 1941 because the people are kind and they have hands down the best meats around. Give me quality over quantity any day- Yushak's does it in spades.

Unassuming country market, basic inventory . What sets it apart...signature country made sausage,in an amazing array of flavors. As many as 20 to 30 different options. Fresh and frozen.All we have tried are just so delicious ?
