Been using this bank at this location since it was Wacovia. Have always been able to slide my card in and get to the atm but showed up today to find a new reader on the door. As you can see clearly there is a sticker saying 24 hour atm access next to a sticker with numerous instructions, all poorly written, on how to use the new reader. One portion says the light must be amber for it to "open" with no explanation of why it's red now. So for the first time ever I can't access the atm and I have no idea why. Thanks alot Wells Fargo. My parents set up my savings when I was young so I have kept my checking here but this really makes me want to swap to Bank of America.

The best experience me and my husband had today with Rochelle Harrison all our questions were answered in a very helpful way and made everything easy for us and to better understand how all works with online banking and how to pay our bills online she was very helpful and took her time to explain to us in detail.

After paying a student loan for years on time, one payment was late, due to an error on their part. Once the loan was paid in full the following month we had a hit to our credit. Very poor customer care.

Horrible customer care! Do not take out a student loan with this group. Paid for many years on time. Waiting for pay off amount, paid late one month, reported a late payment that dinged our credit for being late ONCE! You made a nice amount of money on us and treated us terribly as soon as you got pay off. Very bad customer care! I was contacted to say they would investigate and get back to me. There has been no contact to attempt to resolve the issue at all.
