“I was just driving by and decided to stop in to the store to inquire about what the printing process would be like for a project I had in mind. Spoke with Anthony Bozeat (the store manager) about my ideas and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the process. He even figured out what would be the best product to bring my vision to life. After speaking with him I was certain that he was the right person to help me. It took a week to complete my work, emailed it to him and then followed up with a call. He remembered my visit and initial concerns, reviewed my PDF, and gave me a few tips to enhance the color quality. Talk about service and the very reason I chose to drive 40 mins to this UPS store as opposed to others that are closer to home. I’m very happy with the end results which look fantastic. And grateful for the time and effort Anthony put it in to help!”

“Jensen is the man! He always helps me out with printing my flyers for guitar lessons. He even printed one out for free and hung it up in the store window. He also saved me $ by telling me to print 51 copies instead of 50 so that the price went down! Great guy!”
“Everyone is always pleasant and courteous. Post offices have a bad rep sometimes but I find this one stress free and easy. I don’t really get the negative reviews. Sometimes packages get lost because it goes through a huge system after it leaves the local branch. I wouldn’t blame them for that.”

“I live in Peekskill but always use this Buchanan post office. The clerk is friendly, helpful and respectful. The mail gets to where it is supposed to go, and seems to travel a wee bit faster than mail out of Peekskill. So far I have not lost any mail leaving from Buchanan. I have lost a lot from Peekskill. Having said all that, I do like my Peekskill mailman, Eric who is great, but don’t like using the post office.”

“Just a quick shout out for a job well done! I purchased a few things online from an auction house nearby and had the Mt. Kisco store pick up my items and then package and subsequently, ship them to me. One of the items was a 15 inch tall porcelain figure that was very valuable. These folks went above and beyond wrapping and then re-enforcing that wrapping with bubble wrap the figurine. Everything arrived today in pristine order. Thank you for caring about what you do!”

I picked up a personalized engraved set of BBQ Utensils as a Father's Day gift! The engraving was done super fast on the spot. Such a great little store. I highly recommend it!”
