I have used Highline twice in the past couple years and both times were great. They were easy to work with, flexible, and reasonably priced. They showed up on time, worked quickly, and took great care of my stuff. ecklan and Cody were a great team. I plan on calling them any time I need a moving company.

First week of July I sent pictures for and estimate, which was a first. Two people said they had availability for a mid Sept move. Then the guy Paul said he could give me a better estimate in person, which was done 7/21. He said he would get back to me in a few days on a quote. Why the lag, I don't know. Then I called twice first week of Aug and both times no one could give me an answer on an estimate. I called for a third time on 8/3 and I was told they were booked and couldn't do it. The month long experience I had with this company was not professional and very strange. The repeated 5 star reviews are also strange.

Working with Highline was a dream! They were very efficient, friendly and careful with my belongings. The two-man crew even arrived early and was able to complete my move in under 2 hours, all while navigating my new apartment's tricky stairwell situation. Can't recommend them enough!

I had to move my office, and had great, professional service from Highline. Paul came out and gave me quote, and on move day Nick and Rodney were on time, friendly, and did a great job with my furniture and belongings.

Best business I've ever dealt with in Rochester. For various reasons, I moved three tines in 2 years. Highline was the best part of every move. Smart young movers, good management, always prompt and hard working. I just finished my last move. Joe and Declan were amazing. Thank you!

My wife and we're very happy with Highline and their moving services. They had great communication from the first contact all the way to the actual move day. The three gentlemen who assisted with the physical move were professional and hard working. They took the time to wrap furniture properly and padded the floors to not get our new flooring wet and dirty. I would highly recommend Highline and their moving services to anyone in the area.

We had an excellent experience recently with Dean and Connor (I think those were their names?!) The owner was very communicative over phone/e-mail, and the movers showed up exactly on time, were willing to make an additional stop to pick up extra boxes, were careful with our stuff, and helped us re-assemble several pieces of furniture. When they arrived at our storage facility, we discovered that their truck wouldn't fit through the main entrance (design flaw on the part of the storage facility, IMO), so they had to bring our entire unit worth of stuff out to the truck on dollies. This added significant time to the move, causing them to hustle (I felt bad!). Definitely one of the smoother moves we've had; would highly recommend!

I want to start with I have never used a moving service always done it myself or with my husband. I decided to go with Highline and was not disappointed. I was moved by sam and one other gentleman I did not get the name of. They were both very hardworking and did not waste time!

Had an amazing experience with Highline Moving. They helped us move from a house in Rochester to one in Buffalo. Lots of heavy items had to go up and down stairs, and the guys had to play some intense rounds of of tetris to fit our couch in the narrow doorways, but they did it like champs. I hope you will be able to help next time we have to move that couch. ;-) Other pros: They carefully wrapped and handled items like the TV and new dresser set. They moved loose items. They went very fast. If I could give ten stars, I would.

We had a last minute move from a 2nd floor apartment. Enough furniture to fill a 2bedroom house. Austin and Tre were extremely personable and professional. Our dining room set was packaged in prestige condition and all our furniture arrived without any problems. I highly recommend utilizing this company for local moves.

I recently moved from Lima to Fairport and used Highline Moving & Storage for my move. They did an excellent job, timely and professional. I was able to get an estimate quickly and received a courtesy reminder call the day before my move. The estimate was spot on and the movers worked hard to complete the job as quickly as possible. I would recommend Highline Moving & Storage every time!
