This place is my go-to for all things jewelry-related. Dave is a great guy and an incredibly knowledgeable jeweler who's always been happy to answer all of my questions. His assistant is very kind as well. Lots of great pieces on display and even more is available via special order. They also do the little things like repairing and cleaning.I've spent the last year preparing for my engagement and wedding; North Shore Jewelers is where I've gone for my proposal ring, both of our wedding bands, and a few gifts (a chain, a ring box) in between. After several pleasant consultations with Dave, he was able to take the stones from an heirloom ring I had and place them onto a ring they had helped me pick out & order from one of their catalogues. It was beautiful and through the whole process Dave was honest about the cost (which was very reasonable). Later, he & his assistant helped my partner & I pick out custom wedding bands which he then engraved himself in-store. Both of us loved the results.I highly recommend this business.

Went in to have sizing beads put on a very thin (1.5mm) engagement ring band. Not only did Dave get it done within just a few hours the work is stunning and he never complained about the thickness of the band.It’s hard to find a shop where the work is done in-person, Dave is my new go-to!

I brought a platinum ring in for resizing and a cross pendant for repair that another jewelry store had ruined. David did an exceptional job on both. He is knowledgeable and knows his craft.

I went here with my mom who needed a watch battery and a repair for my dad's watch. The owner was just so nice and helpful, and the woman who helped us was also great. I wish I would have gotten both their names, but I will when we go back to pick up moms watch. We went here after being turned away from Jared's. At this place you do not need to make an appointment, you can walk right in and are immediately welcomed. They follow all the safety measures and you must wear a mask while you're in the store. They have really unique items, and really beautiful jewelry. If you don't see what you're looking for, the owner will show you catalogs and order it for you. What I really liked about this place is that they are awesome down to earth people. They don't make you feel pressured to buy anything, and are truly nice. The owner is not only a really nice person, but he is very interesting and knowledgeable about many subjects. We brought my dad's watch in because he "fixed" the band with a paper clip. The owner thought it was pretty funny and inventive. He then told us the story about the guy who invented the paper clip. I won't give it away...you will just have to go and visit this place to see what I mean. I am really glad we found this store...you will be too.

Went in there to get a watch battery installed last summer . Watch was fixed in less than a minute but I couldn't leave the store right away . There was a lot of cool coins to look at and I collect coins so I will be going back anytime I need any jewelry or watches repaired . I forgot the owners name but he was very polite and helpful . I'm needing a watch band repaired but they are closed today but I know It will be worth the wait . Can't wait to see what new coins he has this time .

Just got back a family heirloom, a Waltham pocket watch that belonged to my mother's uncle. The watch was made sometime in 1917 or 1918. It was given to me by my recently deceased mother on my 18th birthday and had never worked. Some decades later the watch now works again thanks to some precise work by the jeweler's. Much thanks to North Shore Jeweler's.

Dave is wonderful. My husband had Dave design my engagement ring which he a beautiful job. I am constantly getting compliments. We also bought our wedding bands here and had custom earrings made. Everything came out beautiful and they were all easy to work with. We would recommend using them in the future.
