I Would like to say that Cory is the best. We encountered many problems switching my I phone from AT&T to Verizon. It took him a grueling 2 hrs to finally get me service. His patience was impeccable.. His determination to make me leave with service and a smile was one to be admired. He definitely is a gem? We need more loyal and dedicated employees like CORY!!!

If you are in the area I highly recommend that you see Corey, he's the man!! Great personality and easy to work, with took care of both of my issues in a matter of minutes no wonder he's the manager. Verizon needs to show this man some type of achievement or acknowledgment for the few hard working individuals like who go out their way to make the customer satisfied.

Outstanding customer service! when we switched to verizon, one month ago, Chuck went over and beyond. From the store getting ready to close, Starting up a new service, he stayed an hour after to finish my daughters phone so she had it to leave with for college the next day. Challenging swap since my transfer was not easy from TMobile! Today I go in to trade in a phone and Eric helped me. AGAIN….. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! He took the time to assist me with what needed to be done, went over my account with me and told me what to do online to save money! NOTHING BUT A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!! I am soo happy we made the switch to a much better phone service and an in person GREAT TEAM in Shirley!!

My name is Alexander I came in to verizon to purchase a phone for my brother on saturday August 26th around 12:30 pm est, and my representative named charlie recommended I should buy an iphone, which the minimum cost is $800.00 plus fees. I told him that was out of my budget and if he can show me phones priced lower than $800.00. He said I would only going to be looking at androids which was slow and when I asked him to show me phones, he gets aggravated because he doesn't want to get out of his chair to help me. Instead he insists on telling me a list of what phones he has which I have no knowledge how they look or work. He then said I was to leave to the store because I was being rude when I asked him to show me the phones instead of listing them off the top of his head. Horrible customer service and I thought verizon has better customer services reps than this. I understand the company should not wear a black eye for a single employee and this should be taken care of as soon as possible so you don't loose any more business with valuable and potential customers. Charles did a horrible job and actually made me frustrated at verizon when I only came in to purchase a phone.

Internet service still rotten. Websites taking 20 minutes to load, email never loading. On Thurs spent almost 4 hours with V. "customer service", first being told that a) I need to pay them more for higher speed; b) my modem is broken and c) AOL is having problems with its server. A supervisor had me call the AOL helpline and when I spoke to them, they denied having any server problems. Back with Verizon, they finally admitted they needed to reset my network connection software, and were sending me a free replacement modem since the modem they originally gave me was "refurbished". They committed verbally and in writing to get service back working on or before Friday, at 7:39 p.m. That deadline passed without repair. When I called, they first started asking me for more money, then admitted they needed to postpone the repair. What army do I call upon to deal with these scoundrels?
