Outstanding experience. Olivia and Corey were amazing. Extremely helpful and always curtious. We had terrible service for so long with another carrier. it's a huge blessing to be a Verizon customer.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind!! Chuck was very helpful throughout the entire process. I was able to manage my account more efficiently and got rewarded a new phone. It was a smooth transition 10/10 experience.

Switching to Verizon was the best decision I made. The customer service team at this store is the best. Olivia was patience and knowledgeable about switching carriers. Best customer service I have seen in a long time. Highly recommend this store and the team.
