I had a wonderful experience at this UPS location last week. Daniel was incredibly professional and did a fantastic job printing and laminating 35 documents for my company. His manager Kristen was also terrific and very helpful. I will definitely be using this as my go-to shipping location!

DO NOT go to this USPS store. They tell me the label "fell off" and they lost my shipped package containing around $1500 in bike components. They said my best chance was to physically go to the distribution center and look for it.
The first time I came in there was a young woman working the counter. She was incredibly unhelpful. She had an attitude and withheld information. My package was $108 to ship, which was very expensive. What she didn't tell me was I could easily reduce the price. An employee at a FEDEX drop-off nearby told me to try and reduce the package size. I was able to reduce it by several inches, reducing the price to $35 to ship when i returned to the same USPS store! So not only do they lose your packages, they don't care, and wont treat you well.

Provided horrible customer service. They couldn’t even help to put tape on my box. They need an attitude change. Tried asking for a manager or supervisor and apparently there isn’t one. What store doesn’t have a manager closing?

Daniel was very patient with me. I was nervous that my task and order would be too much. I was afraid that the employee could overcharged me. Daniel did not care he handle my order with care and was professional to the T.

I have to say this UPS is really the best def always busy. But everyone is always so nice and so polite. I been going here for long time and Adrian really is such a asset to this store he really is so knowledgeable and so helpful. I really think that store would not run as well if he wasn't there. I really think think when you have good workers like him hope he gets what he deserves good bonus and to get compensated for the great work he does in such a harder store i am sure then any other UPS store. Thank you so much Adrian for being always on point and always so kind to me every time i go into UPS store.

I took my package properly labeled and packaged per the instructions Amazon provided. Adrian proceeded to tell me that i need to buy a padded envelope for $5, him and the other associate agreed that even though the instructions didn't specify no manila envelope, it was UPS policy and simply they won't take the package, and the best he could do for me what to sell me the other envelope. I told him that it was terrible customer service being that the only reason I was there was for an Amazon return, and if they are processing Amazon returns and followed the instructions provided by Amazon it was unfair that I have to pay anything extra. Adrian repeated they won't take the package. This is not only wrong but it is predatory. I saw the same predatory practice to the person in front of me by the same person. I had someone else tell me a similar story regarding tape, which is the reason why I took the package the way I did, per the instructions. Evidently Amazon returns is another income pipeline for UPS, it totally counters the convenience of shopping in Amazon and it talks negatively to the culture of UPS, specifically to this store.I would strongly suggest to take your business somewhere else.
