CHIRANDA from the salon is excellent. She gave me the exact blow out I wanted for my birthday outing. She was able to follow the picture I showed her to a T. I’ve never had my hair look exactly how I wanted it to but she’s done it with ease. If you need a blowout get it done with Chiranda.

I had lost my actual receipt for my purchase but it showed the transaction on my bank app but the cashier couldn't help me and basically was stuck with a product that was never used. I called customer service and got the run around as well. Until Sabrina the store manager called me apologized and explained only she can only look up my purchase to give me my money back. Because of her this location is getting the best review! She went out of her way and I truly hope she is appreciated!

This place has really gone to garbage! The manager Sabrina is never around when a customer needs help. I came in the other day looking for a product. After searching the store for an associate, I asked the cashier who had no clue about anything in the store but told me to look for this Sabrina in the store to help me... im not sure she was even there because no one could find her. When I finally found this associate who I would have never noticed worked there and looked completely unprofessional with her attire and face jewelry, she rudely told me "ummm, that product is discontinued" and wouldn't help me any further. Hailee was her name and she was rude and useless because I said if there is this tester there still and the product is discontinued, you should probably not have it displayed. She told me "oh well, maybe find it online" and walked into the back without helping me any further. The place is a joke and run by very rude, unprofessional kids, who have no interest in customer service! I shop here often, for several years, and the only fitting and professional employee I ever met there was a sweet girl named Kaylee. Other than that that Stacey girl is rude and childish, the older lady with blonde hair is mean and grouchy, and thank god that kanise girl is gone because she was awful! This store should really send out a new group to run this place or it's going to go out of business!

I had a hair appointment with Alex yesterday. From Start to finish. She was just amazing. Super friendly very entertaining. I felt like I was hanging out with a friend and not just getting my hair done. The experience was great and I am obsessed with my hair and so thankful for her. ?

Just had my hair done by Jo Jo in the Ulta salon! Shes done my hair for years and I always follow her where ever she goes! It's hard to find a great hairdresser, so never let them go! Good job Jo Jo!! Thank you for my beautiful hair ??♀️

Sabrina was so rude . I ask her for make up brushes she didn’t provide me any information about . she want to trying to throw us out of store . She talk strastic way saying product are to expensive like we cannot afforded it . Very bed customer service . People need to kind and nice doesn’t not matter how they look

The worst place the two manager who work there are arrogant racists talking to me as if they were my bosses and the one who does the hair JoJo? is the worst, a very unpleasant experience, don't get your hair done there with no one of those women they both don’t know about hair, but the worst is JoJo she burned my hair, the two managers they really are horrible people. I pay twice to fix what jojo did
