I can’t even give any stats for service because no one helped me. This is the third time I have been to the Shirley location. First time I ordered online and went to pick it up 25 minutes later and I still waited 20 minutes- for a quesadilla and a small smoothie. Second time I waited an extremely long time to be helped but the food was fine. Tonight I went in there and waited 20 minutes and no one even said hello or how can I help you? There was one girl doing door dash orders I guess and the other girl was sweeping the floor. You need to hire more staff. It’s unbelievable that a place would make someone wait 20 minutes and not even say hello when there was no one ahead of me. No one!!

I love this place, the girls that work here are always super nice and helpful! I used to work at a tropical smoothie years ago so I know exactly what I want and how I want it made and the staff here hasn't failed me yet, they get my order right and done fast every time. Also I just found out the other day that this location is open until 11pm ? I drove from lake ronkonkoma to here just for a late night wrap and smoothie because all the other locations were closed, they made my night! I'm also really glad there's a location in Shirley now since there are way too many unhealthy fast food chains in the area.Ps: I noticed some other reviews mentioned the staff not being treated properly and in my experience after coming to this location many times that's simply not the case. I've never seen staff being mistreated or reprimanded in front of customers and the staff seems to work well with management as far as I've seen.Vegetarian options: All chicken can be substituted for plant based ?✨

The owners really need to think about hiring more staff. The current staff is completely overworked and it takes me 20-40 minutes to get anything if I order at the register.

Hit or miss. Really depends on which staff is on shift. Gotten excellent food and service also received mediocre food and service. For the price, could be better.

I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience today at Shirley tropical smoothie. I ordered a salad without wontons because I am gluten free. I pick up my order to find that there are wontons mixed around in the salad that I had to pick out. Not sure if I will be ordering from this place again because last time it took about 50 minutes for my order to be ready.

Regan L customer service was unpleasant and very combative, which is surprising because he never was like this before.Then again he was on his phone and decided to still have his conversation rather than to greet me .I decided to walk out without finishing my order.I made a choice to no longer order from this location even though I was a regular customer.

Staff is super friendly but it takes way too long to get food here. Waited nearly 30 mins for 1 single wrap. There was a girl who called her order in and she was waiting over 10 mins an was still there when I left. 2 kids the staff knew came in an they had their order ready in less than 5 mins. Again, very friendly staff but extremely disappointing wait time.

I don’t think I can reorder from here. I ordered on Uber and DoorDash and the drinks are covered only sometimes to prevent the straw hole from being tampered with. They do it when they feel like and calling them makes no sense because the attitude you’re greeted with is next level. It’s as if I’m overreacting for wanting my food protected. I even request that they do it and they told me they don’t see the special instructions from the app. The smoothies are okay but I don’t think it’s worth the service.

I love this chain but today 10/6 i witness how the manager or the blonde woman was being loud to one of the employee with all the costumers in front. 0 costumer service. Im not comming back to this location. I dont like to see how managers mistreat employees. By thr way i left. I did not order and got an amazing greek salad next
