It’s tough picking a favorite employee though because everyone I’ve met has been super kind & knowledgable & helpful. Enormous selection, awesome coffee, excellent knowledgeable employees as I’ve said & probably will say again lol. The store is welcoming, well staffed, & well stocked! Andrew & Ritchie took such fantastic care of us! I recommend this dispensary to anyone & everyone! & this is the only dispensary we’ll be spending our money at! Just an excellent place! We stop by almost once a week for our cigarettes & weed needs!”

“I could not believe that i bought 5 loose change tickets and 4 of them were winners. 21 bucks all together. 1st time i won in that store. I will definitely be back soon! And yes i did buy just 3 more loose change tickets just to make sure all the tickets werent magically winners... They werent.. but besides that this store is pretty awesome.. 5 stars.”
“Best smoke shop on the Rez!! The staff are so nice and friendly, and the prices are great!! Not only that, they have one of the BEST rewards program, and I save soooo much money because of it!! “The absolute NICEST people work here! I came here with my dog, and they don't allow dogs - but she is tiny and I was afraid to leave her alone in the car. One of the ladies who works here actually stood outside and held my dog for me while I paid for gas! UNHEARD OF in today's world. I will forever recommend this place just because of the people here. “I would like to say that Smoke Signal Smoke Shop is a family run shop and is one of the Original Smoke Shops on the Poospatuck Reservation. The Poospatuck Reservation is Private Property there is NO Trespassing NO Loitering NO Solicitation NO walking around NO Picture taking… if not sure where to go Smoke Signal Smoke Shop is Highly recommended. You will be met with friendly customer service.”
“I stopped in here a few days ago, I'm from SC so not familiar with the area or products sold here. I have to just say the younger gentleman who was here the day I went was very knowledgeable of things sold here, he was very friendly and patient with me as I had many questions ? I ended up buying two bags of gummies to bring home to my dad. Again I walked into this shop knowing nothing- I'm very grateful for such a nice guy working behind the counter. “Ignore the review from Nia Ortiz. Any pen will leak if you don't store it properly (too warm a space) or leave it upside down so the liquid can leak into the coil or gum up the mouth piece.
The fryd's here are legit. I get them regularly and they are fine.
Been a customer here since my teens and I'm in my late 30s now. This place is great. Staff is helpful and chill. Great selection of products at a fair price.
Some of these negative reviews are just from whiny customers that can't admit fault, are upset the store closes when understaffed (which is rare), or dislike the pricing.
I've never had a single complaint shopping here in over 15 years.”
