“They definitely have a whole new auto care crew and staff. I was very impressed that they offer and take appointments (the other staff did not offer that), everything was clearly and professionally communicated and cared for (the other staff had trouble with being nice), and lastly, the current staff took in and cared for a few customers while I was there very quickly including myself (whereas the last staff took in 3 cars and called it a day for whatever excuse they mentioned). Rick, Chris and Scott serviced and assisted me — they were friendly, communicated well and I was in and out within 15 minutes all while they made sure my car’s oil and other fluids ??? tire pressure was good to go ????”
