When I called and asked for a quote the came to check out my home and were near spot on with the amount of stuff I owned leaving little room for surprise costs. On day of pick up they were extremely helpful and friendly. They helped pack a few things that I wasn’t sure what to do with as well as protect my TVs and paintings. They also transported my fiancé’s car on the same truck as our belonging and all things were delivered to our new home safe and sound. They took down and put together all of our big furniture in no time. Keith, Sean, Steve and the whole team were amazing. I would highly recommend them!”

“Mike and his team were extremely cautious with my items, they moved my subzero fridge with no issues while other companies said they could and when it came to it, they couldn’t. When I told them what boxes were fragile glass they took extra care with them. They listened to everything I said and wanted, I could not have picked a better moving company. They also went above and beyond and put things together, made sure the wood floors wouldn’t get scuffed and moved things to specific places for me. While scheduling on the phone, Sophia helped us out a lot to feel more comfortable with the service the company was providing as well as being reasonably priced and helping me work within my budget. a great company overall, I would recommend them to all my friends and family.”
“They have a huge truck selection ready to go 99% of the time. Most other uhaul places only have a few trucks and u have to settle for something bigger or smaller than u want. Very convenient.”

“I rent from this location often, well maintained equipment and a new modern facility. On this rental I asked Mike about his storage as I may be needing a unit in the future. He showed me a few units and wow what a clean modern facility he has here! When the time comes I will definitely be renting a unit here.”
“wasnt happy with the delievery of empty pod hired men to help load pod it came 6 hrs after the est time had to pay people to stand aound while tring to contact pod i was on the phone for over 2 hrs waiting on someone to pick up call”

“I don't understand the low rating for Complete Trucking. I hired them 3 times this month to move large artwork, boxes, furniture, rugs, and an oversized crate from East Hampton to NYC, from East Hampton to Lambertville, NJ, and from East Hampton to a storage facility in Brentwood. Celeste in the office was courteous, gave me fair prices and got back to me quickly with answers to my questions. Jim called me the night before pickup to give me a window of time. The drivers always called me to give me 30 minutes notice that they were on their way, showed up on time and went out of their way to accomodate me. Everyone was polite and honest. I will continue to use their services. Please ignore the earlier reviews.”

“Company was great for our move. Protected all our furniture and tvs. Very professional. Giving 4 stars because there was a communication issue with our boxes. They didn’t put any boxes in our quote so they charged us extra. I don’t know who moves with no boxes. But overall great company will use them again if needed”
