“Needed a small kitchen scale, bought a Tailor Biggest Loser Scale at Rite Aid. Sure enough, made in China, sure enough, worked fine until... until tried a light-weight item (50 gram fermenting salt), which it didn't detect/recognize. Tried to return it, but to different (closer) brunch. Not the original branch, package torn, and long beyond returning-policy time limit, wasn't sure at all they accept it, but they did, only asked to try keeping time limit in the future. So now I'm ambivalent, on the negative side, why they keep a small scale that can't detect light items. The positive, however, is their exceptional customer handling, which for me is VERY important.”
