They have the most disrespectful person. At the desk checking people in. I will start using quest. I will never go there again. I dropped off a specimen at the desk. After waiting 15 minutes. And no one showed up at the counter so I left it. She called me at home. To scream at me. And wouldn’t. Stop screaming. So I finally got in a word. To ask if problem was resolved. Then I hung up.maybe she thought she was back in high school. I’m a 71 year old woman. And was never treated so badly by anyone. Before. I will never go back there

Labcorp in Shitley is a nice place to go. The staff is friendly...the place is clean...they have a coffee stand for anyone...you have to check in at the kiosk but if you don't know how to use it you can check in at the window, but you can check in on their Labcorp app too. On the app you are able to schedule appointments very easy and view your test results many days before your doctor gets them. I really like this place...The only suggestion I will give them is to expand their waiting area because sometimes is crowded in the morning...you can choose to wait in your vehicle until you are called. Also...they are located at a large shopping center with many stores and a few restaurants and pharmacy around. For those that are fasting, there's a bagel shop right next to it so you can grab food right after your test. The shopping center also have an Island Empanada right next to the lab and a Chinese restaurant, pizzeria, Tropical Smoothie and McDonald's around the corner. I really like this place.

you have 3 people behind a counter I’m not using a kiosk so they can sit around, if you have the time to take personal calls about the bbq you’re planning you can Help check in. Medical billing is usually a nightmare anyway thanks to the staff here for making it that much worse. Dropping of a sample for my fiancé should’ve been a 5 minute ordeal script and contact info, insurance to follow from her Doctor. Instead it took 2 trips and many phone calls later.

I was given bloodtest Rx to do by an MD specialist, some of which were just done 1 week prior by my primary care physicia So not to repeat the same tests over and charge insurance twice, I asked them to just do the remaining tests. There were no other patients there. The two employees had nothing else to do but refused to call either of the doctors to get it straight. ( too used to working at home I guess). I really needed these important tests. they were not concerned about my welfare at all. They were simply rude. The office in Patchogue was much more accommodating. DO NOT go to this one! As one well known employer would say, "YOURE FIRED!"

I typically don't write reviews unless i feel its absolutely necessary, so I had to leave one here.I was told by the pediatrician that we needed blood work done for my oldest (she's 4 years old), I looked and theres only 3 on long island around me, a quest, labcorp, and a place in patchogue. the reviews for all 3 had some negative ones about rude tech's and staff who aren't very kid friendly, so I was really nervous deciding which one to go to.We had a very bad experience in the past with blood work for her when we were in MD. The techs there poked her for about 5-10 minutes straight before telling us they cant find it and we will have to go somewhere else.Now my daughter is traumatized at the doctors ever since.so after reading all the reviews we were very nervous about these places.Let me tell you, coming to this place was AMAZING. the ladies working there were instantly nice and welcoming, they were super quick with getting her blood, gave her a bunch of stickers and the whole process was probably less than 5 minutes.even though my daughter cried while getting the blood taken, she left with a smile because the ladies were so nice to her and complimenting everything about her.If you're a nervous parent, i recommend this labcorp for blood work.Job well done ladies, thank you so much for a pleasant experience!

As a service provider in the community, I was appalled at how I was treated at this facility. The staff was rushing everyone around and had no compassion as health care workers. I have never been treated so poorly. Completely unprofessional and downright rude! Will never be back at this location.

Weeks ago my husband went into the Shirley location to drop off a sample for his doctor. The man behind the desk insisted my husband wait for his name to be called.. my husband made the worker aware there was a time limit for this sample.. well finally my husband gets called up and told to bring his sample to the back and drop it in a empty bucket on the floor.. 3 months later labcorp still cannot find this sample.. Our doctor has called many times to set the situation right & labcorp will not comply.. Our doctor is just asking to have a new sample given at no extra cost to us, since clearly labcorp misplaced / lost this sample. How unprofessional. Set the situation right labcorp.

Why bother offering random drug testing with these ridiculous hours? No nights, no weekends, 2 hour window in the most inconvenient time of day. Do better Labcorp.

Clean and Efficient, I was not hassled about masks on my kids. I was only required in the service area for me. Anthony the gentleman who performed the draw on my children was superb. What a stellar example of bedside manner. He was so good with both my kids, not only personality but gentle handling. They barely even noticed he was so good! Give that man a manager position!

Hey came in the other day but blood work for me and my son…. My son being scared ofcourse was quickly greeted by Isidera who is full of laughs and giggles. She is really good at getting veins she told me she been doing this for years and not to worry….. she our experience quick and easyTotally recommend if your a hard stick
